Cardiotech GLT-3 Poor performance – The product: I bought the Cardiotech GLT-3 in January 2013 and while the Cardiotech GLT-3 has worked the din that comes from the Cardiotech GLT-3 regularly makes it unsuitable for use in normal household conditions unless you are located well away from family & neighbours. The purpose and where the Cardiotech GLT-3 was to be located was clearly stated to the salespeople. The service: You can not speak directly to the service centre so this delays turnaround. While they do come out within a few days the purpose of buying the Cardiotech GLT-3 is to use it regularly ... usually with minimum or normal function noise. At no stage have the numerous call out people described it as an operator problem eg lubricating under the Cardiotech GLT-3 mat which I do with the approved material PS after requesting to speak to the manager I was told to send an email to support@cardio... So can't discourse with real people
