Treadmill keeps cutting out after 16 minutes of use – I have had someone come out to replace the motor. After not using the treadmill for some months I have began using it again and it is cutting out again.

Treadmill not good – Purchased Treadmill X9 pro2 and have nothing but problems with it. Cuts out constantly when in use. Have had it fixed 3 times. Do NOT purchase Cardiotech Treadmills!! And when you need to deal with customer service don’t talk to ‘H’ as we found him unfriendly & unhelpful!
Regarding the ‘chat’ after I answered Hayden’s question I got NO REPLY to the last reply hence me leaving the chat!!! I continue to say he is unfriendly & unhelpful!!

Best Treadmill I EVER invested Money in! – I bought the X9Pro Pink in a CardioTech Kiosk and it was literally one of the best decisions I have ever made. I used to own an old treadmill that entertained the entire house as it was extremely loud so I couldn´t use it as of my flatmates. On top of that, the matt was slipping which affected my knees. Treadmills in the gym are harsh on my joints as the cushioning is generally quite poor and the time I need to actually get to the gym was always hard to fit into my daily schedule which was quite demotivating.
I discovered the X9Pro while I was shopping around in Westfield and walked into the kiosk to have a casual look. The CardioTech Sales Lady approached me and was fun and great to talk to. She explained the treadmil, listened to what I had to say and gave me a try. It was quite fun to try a treadmill in the middle of a shopping center. The aspect that I was most impressed with was the level of care I experienced.
I purchased the X9Pro in Pink (yes, it´s pink and I love it), because the cushioning is a bliss to run on and the treadmill is whisper quite. Running on a treadmil that actually doesn´t end up with hip and/or knee pain and that gives me back the pleasure of just switching off my mind for at least 30 minutes is a blessing. The treadmill has everything it needs and more. I don´t normally use the programs but I absolutely love the instant speed and incline buttons as it makes HIIT Training super easy. For someone who wants to lose weight or just strenghten their Cardiovascular system the Heart Target Rate Pograms will be of great benefit. I particularly enjoy the bluetooth function of my treadmill and the little desk that allows me to have my smartphone or my tablet in front of me when I want to watch something. In all honesty, I could not have made a better purchase.
The Delivery was prompt, timely and very friendly and in every other aspect everything went absolutely fine.
Thank you CardioTech for a great experience and for a great treadmill that gives me the joy of running back :)

On each occasion, we have contacted you to try and assist. Machines come with warranties as per consumer law and we uphold the warranties in place. No product is guaranteed from issue as mechanical items with moving parts and upkeep required. We now have the correct details and will be in touch Monday morning to assist you. CardioTech
