Bang for the buck – The watch has some versatile but unusual features such as the moon face, fishing times EL, and the auto light. It also has some useless gimmicks like the thermometer which only gives out nothing but totally inaccurate temperature readings while wearing the watch on the wrist. The watch needs to be left off the wrist ( or any physical contact) for 20-30mnts for it to give out accurate temperature readings!!!. The compass markings on the bezel are a total fib as the watch has no compass whatsoever. So if you are looking for a compass watch this ain't no compass watch. Looks quite expensive and cool. The compass markings are an absolute fib. There is no compass in the watch.

Quick heads-up – This is a great watch overall, and for under a hundred bucks it's great value. I do have two gripes that I wasn't alerted to when I was doing my research. I bought the watch for two main reasons (other than telling the time) 1) It sports a thermometer in a digital readout, and a historical graph! How handy! Unfortunately, after reading the manual when the watch arrived it says to take the watch off and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes to get an accurate reading. It's not kidding... the thermometer is not insulated in the slightest and your skin temperature throws the readings off so far that it's completely useless unless you don't wear it.

2) It has an auto light feature that turns the EL backlight on as you tilt the watch to your face. That's so awesome... it would be very convenient to see the time while i'm driving or out at night!

Unfortunately, after reading the manual I've learned that the auto light feature is disabled after "approximately 6 hours" to "save battery". So if you remember to turn the feature on in the afternoon (every day) then you can use this handy feature during the night. If there were a way of keeping the feature on and replacing the battery every year or 6 months (instead of every 5-6 years), I would be totally ok with that.

Everything else about the watch is fine and does what you want, but cool features that you can't use seem like a real let-down. Clean, simple design. Black face, nice large buttons, no flashy junk. The few outstanding features this watch has are extremely impractical to the point that they might as well not bothered.
