5 star review - amazing work on the ceilings! irregularity, a broken smoke alarm, an electrical cable left loose, and dust in the common area) but the reason I'm leaving a 5 star review is because Esteban and Lori were super responsive - Esteban actually came out the very next day, which was a Saturday, to rectify all of the matters raised and we're really happy with the final outcome (photos taken before painting). Also, a little known secret - once you get your ceilings done, you get lifelong trade discounts at the likes of Wattyl (unsure of % but the storeperson kept saying I'm on a great account), Beacon (25% off) and Reece (9% off)! It can be a bit finicky redeeming the discount because some stores aren't familiar with it, but it's worth it! Final note - if you get referred by an existing customer, you get your absestos test ($90 plus GST) for free and the existing customer also gets money back (I think $100) on their account!

ceiling, but luckily I stumbled upon Ceiling Resurfacing Australia. Resurfacing our ceilings cost us less than half of what we would have paid if we had dropped the ceiling. Plus, the results are stunning it looks like a brand-new plasterboard ceiling, and we didn’t lose any ceiling height.
Highly recommend their services to anyone who has popcorn ceiling.

I now have a smooth white ceiling - it's like a whole new apartment. It was absolutely worth the cost. It doesn't impact on strata but I easily obtained permission/approval anyway as we had to disconnect the hard wired smoke alarm for a week. Highly recommend getting the team to do the painting for you as well - a huge effort done in one day! They even patched up a few of the holes in the wall for us without us asking - it was the ultimate gift.

Extremely happy with the finished product. We had our living room, hallway and two bedrooms resurfaced this last week. All rooms look brighter and higher. Great service and workmanship – Lori, Hez and his team was great to work with. They answered all my questions and explained the process to me. Hez was punctual, friendly and very helpful in giving me tips on painting the ceiling. The team left the unit clean with a few bags of rubbish that was easy to dispose. A wonderful experience! – CRA were wonderful to deal with. Lori kept me in the loop, and they have a tightly scheduled arrangement with all their subcontractors. 10/10 – Outstanding workmanship from Ceiling Resurfacing, from a painter’s perspective it can be hard at times dealing with plasterers work but the attention to detail and the finished product on there work was immaculate. Couldn’t recommend them enough

messy than the installation of other false gyprock ceiling I have seen. No risk to embedded water pipes in the ceiling slab, and little if any loss of ceiling height.
I'd certainly recommend this process for anyone wanting to cover a vermiculite ceiling.

neighbours. The team that worked on our ceiling were super, they sent us photo's of the daily progress. Although nothing prepares you for the finished product we were so happy we made in the investment to resurface the vermiculite ceilings, it looks so good. Our roof is lighter and brighter, I think we will have many neighbours visiting to see the finished product.
