I had a great experience with Cellcast, especially thanks to Ryan. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions clearly and made everything so easy to understand. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. Highly recommend Cellcast for their excellent support and service!

Signed up based on pricing. Used referral code given by my marketing company. Was phoned by Ryan from cellcast who told me to move to enterprise platform as more features. Same price. He migrated me. Tried to send first sms. Price for a single message is coming in at 3.7 messages. It’s only one message worth of text no matter how much I reduce… Read more

it it’s still coming in at 3.7. He said send to me I’ll review it as something not right. I said cancel and refund, should not be having such issues immediately. He said he’ll organise this with his managers. Nothing has been done since, he hasn’t actioned that nor have I been refunded. Now I’m getting endless requests to review. My review is: the platform is obviously buggy, I’m not prepared to pay 3.7 c x the advertised price, I’ve definitely reduced the number of characters, I’m definitely using zero special characters, purely using letters and spaces and it’s been reduced in size to fit inside what is considered a single message and it’s making no difference. I 100% recommend not using cellcast, The delay has cost me potential income from this marketing campaign not going out. I’ve gone back to using my other system which was always reliable. I would recommend avoiding cellcast.
