Cellcast

I am a web developer and the SMS provider we used for client jobs had quite frankly lost the plot. So we found Cellcast. Their service level has been nothing short of excellent and gives us a great deal of comfort when we engage them for our client jobs.

the ACMA Sender ID changes landing July 1st, there's been a lot of noise and understandably some uncertainty for businesses relying on SMS. Cellcast got across what those changes mean in practice very early on and walked through where we stood. This meant we could confidently brief our own clients on what they need to do. Every interaction our team has had with Cellcast has been consistent. Responsive, technically competent, and without the usual hand-waving you get when things get complicated. Ryan's no exception.
