minerals from fruit and vegies, it tastes pretty good [I have tried it], well known brand. Relatively cheap for vitamin and mineral tablets. More variety in the flavours of the tablets would be nice.

in supermarkets so they are easy to find. Centrum is a well known and trusted brand i will continue to give my daughter these vitamins. Nice flavour that my daughter actually likes. Well known and trusted brand. A little bit expensive. Tablets are quite large for a small child.

multivitamins.Ive found that centrum is a trusted well known brand it has 18 essential vitamins and minerals ,strawberry flavour,chewable,and i feel better knowing my child is getting those vitamins and minerals that she needs. would like more flavours to choose from
