it takes to long to come on once on works well

tv takes a lot of time to come on it gets the brand name on screen then could take up to 20 minutes to get picture is it worth fixing?

Hi, i have this tv for over a year and a couple months ago the remote control suddenly stopped working, so i tried changing the batteries but i didnt work still. My little sister tried to change the source to USB using the keypad at the back of the TV and maybe accidentally activated the keylock and I cant can't now change or do something because every time i press any keys it say "Key locked". Kinda sad, Then I bought universal remote but still for some reasons it is not working. I tried it other tv's and its working fine. Maybe theres a problem with sensor of my tv. Could you please help me how to fix this???

To fix CharlieChong Tv's you must apply steel capped boot to the back of tv vigorously. There is no fee for this advice.
