Chef Inox

Cooks superbly – I have a Chef Inox 26cm stainless steel frying pan which I love. Even cooking across the very heavy base, no hot spots, and therefore easy to clean. Not as easy as non-stick, but not much different. I find that any badly burnt, stuck on food polishes off after being sprinkled with bicarbonate of soda. Excellent shape. The professional cooks' design spills less over the sides than pretty " " fashionable designer" pans. And costs half the price :)
These will last me for ever. Not like non stick, which wears out, can't be safely used over high heat, and cannot be recycled !(what a waste)
Chef inox saucepans – I have 3 saucepans and a stockpot 1.2, 4.0, 5.0, 10.0. Been using them for 18months now and they are fantastic. Not as blingy as expensive brands but very practical, heavy base, quality construction and reasonable price. Also have a few stainless bowls for about 10yrs and they are great too.
