a real surprise – Gotta review this. A few weeks ago I broke a freezer drawer, I pulled a bit hard, it slipped past it's normal position and fell to the floor. Being full, the drawer was quite heavy, so it cracked. So, I thought, it's a cheap freezer, won't be much customer support. Anyways, I sent off an email, next day got a human reply, then within a few days of the emails, a new drawer arrived at my front door. First I was surprised by the quick response AND even more surprised that spares were in stock here in Australia, for a very very reasonable cost. In the future, I will be recommending CHiQ as a brand to consider to friends and family.

Great freezer for your stockpile – Bought this freezer a couple of weeks ago and really happy. It is so quiet you can barely hear it. It coverts for a fridge which will be great at Xmas when all we need is extra fridge space and never have or. Flat shelves and baskets make it really easy to store everything including bulk meats etc. great value for money. Only issue we have is that one of the plastic clips on the door hinge keeps falling off.

IS IT ON – we brought this freezer last monday but the white model 185s ( same freezer)and really like what we got..... You have to listen hard to even know it is working.... we are happy with this freezer...one little thing it might move slightly but its fixable....we like this freezer... thanks picko

Works well, fits the spot well. Looks nice – The appliance works well, as described and thus I'm happy with it's performance. Only problems are, the stainless steel smears easily, but that's a small issue, as I don't have little children to be touching it a lot. The main problem is the drawers. They are deep enough, but there is nothing to really stop them from coming out too far and because of this, I was having trouble with one pack of meat sticking to another and trying to snap them apart, when the drawer, which I was supporting with a knee, suddenly slid right out and slammed onto the floor, cracking it in several places beyond repair. There is wire shelves beneath the plastic drawers however, so I can still use that space. I found it very disappointing though, to have such a new product so quickly damaged. I think they should look at making the drawers less likely to slip right out.
