saying the product was not available for purchase in my country. Strange, considering I specifically paid extra for the global version to avoid exactly this issue. Their refund policy states: “Full warranty offered! We guarantee a working key, or your money back!” So I contacted support, explained the situation, and requested a refund. After being passed between several support reps, I was eventually told they would only refund me after they managed to resell the key to someone else. I understand their logic to a point, but this wasn’t my mistake — and making a customer wait indefinitely for a refund is just poor practice. I told them they could either process the refund promptly or I would open a PayPal case and leave honest feedback about my experience. They chose the hard way. I’m turning 44, I’ve got two kids, and I give myself a small $50 weekly budget for things I want or need. I almost never buy near full‑price keys because it’s a lot of money for me, but I thought I’d treat myself for once. Instead, I’m stuck with a key I can’t use and a company that refuses to refund me unless someone else buys it. It’s now been a full week and they still haven’t “sold” the key. Just a heads‑up to others: the prices may be cheap, but if your key doesn’t work, you might be in for a frustrating experience.
Total rubbish! The key they sent me for MS Office 365 Family did not work. Microsoft did not recognise the key, which I guess means someone made it up. I have contacted Cjscdkeys Zendesk numerous times about this and am continually fobbed off. Waste of money dealing with this lot of robbers.
Scammers, falsely advertise global key. I was not able to redeem in Australia, and they denied a refund. AVOID
Warning: Avoid CJS CD Keys! – I purchased several game keys from CJS CD Keys, but unfortunately, the last key I bought was fraudulent. As a result, Nintendo banned my online account, leaving me unable to play online or use my games—costing me hundreds of pounds. I contacted CJS CD Keys' customer service months ago, requesting a refund for the game and my Nintendo Switch, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Be cautious before purchasing from this site!
scam website be careful! – i bought 3 times from this website cause i got refund for each order and non of the keys are working. they have the worst customer service, if your key will not work you will have very hard time to get them, only bots responding, no live chat. i am waiting for my refund more then 2 weeks and still no luck. i bought from several cd keys companies… Read more
like this and never got this level of contempt. i will never recommend this company cause they treating customers like [Content Removed] and only want to take money from them. they gave me refund to the store credit twice and not to the original payment method and that's says why they care only about money. welp i suggesting to look for other website if you want get a cheaper game.

own policy under secretion 2.1 it says they will replace any faulty keys with either a working one or a refund. However after many email communications, it ia very apparent that they have no intention whatsoever or delivering on their promise. When you submit a claim through PayPal, there is an automated message that literally says that they will take the longest permitted time to reply, and the process will take a minimum 2 weeks. Consider yourself lucky if you get your money back. Do. Not. Buy.

account. They do not need to know my identification to purchase a game. I don't feel safe trusting my identification with this company. Cancelled transaction and received my refund. Bought the game from a different CD Keys site and it worked straight away.
It appeared to be a scam - but was not – I ordered Office 2019 (A superseded 4 yr old product). SCAMMED - But I was WRONG A few days after my 1 star review, I received, on 25 March, another email from support mentioning ISO. NOTHING in the documentation mentioned ISO but many hours of fiddling around resulted in a successful installation. My Conclusion - CJS documentation is totally inadequate CJS Support is very poor Installing from CJS is not for the inexperienced or time challenged user.
But at least I got it working :=)
