on a personal enquiry -Potential conflict of interests. i.e. previous representing the interests of a owner against the owners corporation at NCAT and the NSW court -Said that our strata insurance should give us another $6,900,000 on top of our 2019 bushfire payout, after 18 months nothing -Charged the owners corporation $400K+, with practically no documentation on the work delivered Update: Dec-2024 [Name Removed] appears to be on the board of director of a strata company called “Steadman Williamson Hart Pty Ltd.” and may be providing services through this company.
