Great quality and works well – I am updating my review after having the cover for a few years now. Excellent quality cover! Initially I wasn't to happy as the cover was a little bigger the the actual clothes line, but with a few cable ties to reinforce it to the poles I've had great success, this cover has been awesome for me for when it rains as I can still hang the clothes… Read more

out to dry, and even in summer when it's scorching hot I can hang them out being shaded the whole time :) Yes its was a little difficult to put together and you'll probably need 2 people but it was well worth it. I wouldn't use this if you have a week clothes line or in a really high wind area like top of a hill, I've had no issues with wind as I'm just on level area in normal residential housing. I've had it over 2yrs now and it's still holding up well, I just taped some material on the ends of my clothes line poles so they don't dig into the cover and reinforced the poles with cable ties and it's been great, I can have dry clothes all yr round!

Dangerous and waste of money – Buyers be aware - we bought this cover due to the selling points that it would be "easy to assemble" and "perfect for providing shade", so thought that each time we have a family gathering in the garden we would pop it onto the clothesline to provide shade, and then take it off again in the afternoon. Oh my gosh, how wrong was I!! It was not at… Read more

all "easy to assemble". Sure, threading in the first three ends of the poles were manageable, but it was virtually impossible to get that fourth corner in. My husband and I struggled for, no joke, half an hour, just to do this. We kept rereading the instructions, bending the poles so much and so hard, with all our might. It was in no way "easy to assemble". And certainly is not something that can be done with one person, even with two people we almost gave up. Finally, with incredible strength, we got it in. And then we flipped it onto the clothesline, and it wasn't awfully easy to attach it on there either. In total, from unpacking it, to eventually getting it affixed properly onto the clothesline took just about an hour. This does not class as "easy to assemble" in my eyes.

The thought of disassembling it after the party caused us stressed to go through the process so soon, so we thought we'd wait until one weekend when we could muster up the strength and energy to tackle it. But we didn't get the chance.

It was only on our clothesline for two weeks, when we awoke to find that the wind had come up in the night, the whole clothesline had blown up out of its socket, and the top rolled over, totally bending one of the arms of the clothesline. What a disaster! On reading the fine print, they say that this can happen!! We have had to now buy a new clothesline, and have a useless, and quite frankly, dangerous, clothesline cover that we will not be using ever again. What a waste of money, both the $251 spent on the cover, and the $324 spent on a new Hills Hoist just a year ago!

I wrote and emailed the company, and received not a word of acknowledgement. Poor customer service. Sorely disappointed.
