Good while it lasted – Well, I have had this unit now for around 6 months. The first month or so was great. But now it has stopped working and no amount of helpful recharging batteries will do the job. Unit has plenty of light on it. Perhaps the issue is that it is not particularly waterproof and somehow is affected. Not sure. I can only say that this was fantastic at first, but after a couple of months the only thing it does now is provide birds a place to roost.

Not too bad – I purchased my Click 800lm 2 Head Adjustable Solar Motion Sensor LED Wall Light from Bunnings in Cannington for $25. At first glance it looks like great value. I appreciate how the rechargeable 18650 battery can be easily replaced when it loses it’s performance over time. The light is only 800lm so it’s not super bright but it is still good enough to deter those night fairies who sneaking around at night. The two motion sensor modes are sufficient. Mode 1 turns on automatically for 20 seconds when it detects motions and Mode 2 will emit a dim standby light and will turn bright when motion is detected.
All in all I’m happy with my purchase, I understand it does not perform as good as a wired light, but for the price and convenience it’s not a bad product.
