Despite most staff (or should I say, contractors) doing their bit and trying their best to be helpful and understanding of my business needs and requirements, their efforts were sadly undermined by an owner who was difficult to deal with, to say the least. Not going to bother going into detail, suffice to say this is not how you treat clients. It is their business you're helping launch, NOT YOURS.

Best to avoid CSD. There are so many better and easier ways to make $$, when you do your research. Their concept is ok, but needs a serious rework to get the best out of it. Take this criticism on the chin and move on.

- [ ] Top notch people selling what you want to hear - [ ] Massive earning potential on first point of contact that is no way near reality . selling tool they use very generic and broad figures extracted from Google and don’t apply to the specific site you buying - [ ] Different level entries . More you spend more you get ( fair ) - [ ] If you choose higher packages, meant to include ongoing coaching and MOST importantly ongoing management of Google ads till you achieve sell 10k a month ( take note with this as you read ) within 120 days - [ ] Hand picked suppliers by the director !!!!!! Very crucial !!!!! - [ ] Training platform - [ ] And others inclusions depends on how much you pay,

- [ ] When you get to training hub many videos are out of date and don’t match .. eg Google training and other just some crap general knowledge ( this will have to be managed by an external professional as it’s extremely complex and needs loads of experience ) - [ ] Massive delays in products upload, very good in coming up with different excuses ( for me it was you have over 1200 products ) no crap …that is what I bought!!! Horrible process and all over the place … - [ ] Suppliers that are NOT handpicked and accessible to anyone and everyone another lie they don’t hand pick any very generic .. google it and you will find them all..nothing special…not to mention integration with woo commerce isn’t available with supplier they recommend as they use Shopify . We had to source our own ( don’t Expect much from them ) dropship zone is the biggest they push for ( immature stuff ) profit margins are very low otherwise you would have to sell at very high rate…basically more expensive than all your competitors …let me think how am i suppose to sustain any business then if my prices are a lot higher than competition. So it’s another lie - [ ] First coach that was new left after 4 weeks didn’t want to have anything to do with click start digital ..hence why I raised concerns with GM before she left or maybe she was fired …..( so we were handed over to incompetent coach ) even though they claim they are all millionaires with years of experience - [ ] Horrible support - [ ] Now once you are done with the massive delays you come across … and your site is almost ready … here is what happened with me - [ ] Click start suddenly advise they dont manage Google ads accounts anymore - [ ] Click start new policy they pass you onto hand picked top e commerce Google agent - [ ] I was given 2 agency to work with (not Click Start) …….one sounded okay and the other one never returned my calls or emails knowing I am from click start - [ ] The one I got a hold of was new to Click Start, Alarm bell immediately …. - [ ] After 2 weeks of ad commencement…..I’ve tried to proactively inform Click start digital of how things are progressing with agency and they become defensive - [ ] on every email they would say this is no magic or printing machine …disregarding the fact that was offensive and shallow and dose not address the concern - [ ] When raised my frustration with their responses and asked Click start to be accountable for their scope which includes 10k sales guarantee or ( they will continue to pay for ad management and coach for free ) till I do a give 10k - [ ] They offered me a refund of 10k and and asked me to downgrade my package on 3 emails in which I kept refusing the offer - [ ] Shockingly without my agreement they canceled my diamond package and refunded somewhat 8k and downgraded service to a silver package without my permission and said it is well within their rights and in their agreement….. blaming me for it , - [ ] Also the agency I am working with sent me an email advising they have also canceled their agreement with Click start ( you see where this is going now ) see below - [ ] You need to read this to know why they did that ….they realised they don’t have an agency that is good enough to deliver to fulfil the 10k sales statement they offer new clients, therefore wanted to relinquish their responsibilities towards me based on my package and downgrade service to a silver package where they are not responsible of how I get my sales being 10k as per their statement and they don’t have to pay 2k a month to a digital agency till that happens - [ ] Otherwise they would had to pay thousands to get me to where the business need to be and it not commercial viable for Click start, even though that is what I paid for and why I paid such a high entry level to their service - [ ] Deviously enough, Samantha sends me and email saying we can not please every one and my style of communication via email wasn not acceptable by their staff and hence why we downgraded you, VERY unethical tactic - [ ] The whole objective of me buying this business was to get coached and have someone with experience coach us manage the launch of this business and oversee and or manage ads till so.. - [ ] You need to know Google ads and meta is a very very crucial part of this business … - [ ] Basically this ended up costing me 14k…. no refund accepted and they say they had spent X amount of hours on it ….again another unethical tactic, now they charge per hour and god knows what their hourly rate is …..another devise tactic - [ ] Think a thousands times before doing any business with CLICK START and their team, - [ ] Currently this is with my solicitor to recover my money,.
