in January 2022 at the advice of a country doctor we had seen whilst on holidays, only to be told there was nothing wrong. If it wasn't for my insistence to see a specialist, call it parents instinct, they would still be suffering...yes he needed an operation! This is not an isolated incident.

I took my other child recently hoping for better luck requesting skin tissue sample be taken of a problem area at the advice of my regular doctor at another practice and pharmacist. They advised this step in order to get targeted treatment for affected skin. To our shock the senior doctor and dual practice manager we saw arrogantly refused to write a script for a tissue sample and was dismissive. They charged $90 for this 15min insult.

Now I will have to take my child to my old family doctor all the way in East Doncaster who I know will do a thorough investigation and ask for skin samples to be taken for further analysis and treatment.

If you are someone who is concerned and pedantic about your health, then we suggest you steer clear of this practice.
