Great Ocean View, and Friendly Staff
Our hotel style room had a great ocean view. The heated pool was lovely to swim in after a swim in the ocean. There is a patrolled beach almost right out the front of the resort. The staff were very friendly.
My only issue was that there are no areas to dispose if rubbish on each of the floors. Instead you need to take it down to the main bins at the front of the resort. This however was not a huge problem.
Wyndham Treetops holiday was fantastic.
Wyndham’s 1bedroom Treetops apartment was perfect CoffsHarbour 4dayholiday. Staff friendly/helpful. Fantastic location. Close to everything. Relax in pool or on balcony or sightsee. We’ll definitely book again. Thanks so much.
Perfect city stay
We always enjoy our stay at Sydney Suites the staff always greet you like a friend. They always go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing is a problem and easy to grab an Uber to anywhere in the city. Our room was lovely and work noise didn’t really affect us. Keep doing what you are doing and a big pat on the back to all your staff.
Lovely resort for couples and families
Lovely resort complex. Easy walk to beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Bayside bar and restaurant is fabulous as you dine surrounded by koi fish and water dragons. Difficult if you don't have a car though.
One Bad Apple.
We had an unfortunate experience in Shoal Bay. The obliging manager rang ahead to
Coffs Harbour to ensure a good stay and it is beautiful. Golden Beach and Surfers next. Heres hoping.
Perfect Weekend Getaway
Brilliant team and a lovely place. The staff is very helpful. Its so nice and tidy that you will not go anywhere else but enjoy the resort to the fullest. Anything good I say will be only less for what we have experienced. It's a small piece of Paradise in Rotorua. I will definitely go there again
I and four of my friends stayed at Ramada Phillip Island for four days. Had a great time. Facilities were great and beds were very comfortable we will be back
If we could only keep this little bit of parricide for ourselves and not share with the Aussie's :P :) :) :) :)
What a wonderful place, during covid (nothing in N.Z.) it was a great place nice and quiet.
Come on aussie's we love you over here so visit this place it's wonderful all year around.

This trip was in Autumn for us, so beautiful.
Bed sheets had brown stains on them definitely had not previously been changed. Very Noisey of emptying can nd bottles at 8.30pm nd people walking talking at 1am. Very noisey.
A beautifully situated resort, very comfortable and well managed.
We were within easy walking distance of a stunning beach, 20 minutes and an easy drive to Hobart CBD and the resort had excellent facilities for both old and young.

seven mile beach resort Tasmania
Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Facilities up to high standards. Clean .A great place to stay, will come back again. Car parking beside accommodation is great. Enjoyed walk along beach and rewarded by seeing dolphin pod. Overall a great experience.
Fantastic view, room very spacious and well set out
Magical stay, highly recommended, will definitely be back. Loved the electric bikes we hired and our room had a fantastic ocean view with a large main balcony, complete with tables and chairs, and even a private balcony off the main bedroom. Thanks for a memorable stay.
Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was clean and tidy on arrival. The grounds and pool area was very clean as well. Car park was easy to access and made us feel confident and safe to leave our car there. Location is superb- right across the road to the beach and 10 minute walking distance or 2 minute drive to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We’ve stayed here before and look forward to staying again.

Excellent resort beautiful views wonderful staff and food excellent location. From the time we checked in until we left was absolutely amazing room was fantastic location was great pool and spa was wonderful

WYNDHAM SEVEN MILE BEACH, HOBART - A great Resort to stay at
The staff were welcoming and friendly and our unit was top class. We would recommend this as an ideal holiday resort to our friends. It is ideally located near the airport, across from the beach and has all the facilities one needs for a great holiday. We loved the animals in the hobby farm and enjoyed checking out the garden which was set up for guests to help themselves to fresh grown produce. We enjoyed the billy tea and damper event and met some interesting people there. This was our second visit to the resort and we will definitely visit again next year.
Wonderful resort presented beautifully
From the time we checked into the resort, the staff were just so friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The resort was very well presented and clean.
We have already suggested that our family and friends utilise the resort.
The staff was very friendly and generous. My daughter had to work from the site for few hours and we arrived fairly early in the morning and our room was not ready. So the staff gave us a spare room so he could set up her working station and completed her meeting and work with her team in time. I had rested as well before our room was ready. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness.
Just one fault
Absolutely great place to stay fantastic staff, but if you get the two bedroom apartment and you have six people with you you will need to ask for larger frypan and a steamer said the saucepans, because the stove is only a two burner if you want to do your own cooking, but there are some magnificent restaurants in the area. We love going to the resort in Ballarat.

WHen we book a holiday, usually for 6 or seven weeks, 4/5 different club units, we can only book one at a time, instead of booking the whole trip. This is very inconvenient, and there is a chance that all the accommodation will not be available, leaving us in the lurch. It seems that now we have to book every bit of accommodation at 3.00am. and hoping there is availability. This is a new feature, and certainly causes anxiety as we try to make bookings from Melbourne to Caloundra and return.. I am thinking that there have been too many credits sold and insufficient accommodation in Australia.
Will the booking availability return to the previous method, eg be able to complete bookings for continuous accommodation?.
Qld member's understanding from a previous experience of trying to book more than one accomodation at a time was: For 7 days (minimum in Perth & then 7 days at Dunsborough, Margaret River, we had to be 13 months in advance plus charged for a second cleaning fee. Not everybody knows what their holiday schedule is going to be 13 months-out !! Or to try & take advantage of the 60 day Red Season window, to book 6 or 7 resorts all consecutive nights. , when trying to travel from Melbourne to Caloundra & return, would not only be a logistical night-mare to maintain the schedule, but with due respect to Wyndham, it would not prove economical. Obviously Susan's planned 6 -7 weeks, means stopping in at all the main resorts along the coastal road, including Sydney and Port Macquarie with Port Stephens on the return route, with a possible minimum pre-arranged stay of 3 days at each premises (for Premium Members Only !!), which would be a nice holiday but not much time to unwind at Marcoola or Golden Beach - Sunshine Coast ? or Cheaper to catch Motels from NSW to Brisbane over 4 -5 days of sight-seeing drive up , then have the Sunshine Coast booking made to suit your planned road trip arrival date with 2 - 3 weeks spent looking around Brisbane, Marcoola & Golden Beach (limited number of cleaning charges, especially if she made Golden Beach the main central stop & travel out daily to the other sights.
Sorry if this reply only complicates things further for Susan, but I can understand her frustration, even with a Service Centre Consultant assisting, the rules & requirements that need to be met plus booking availabilities in consecutive 3 day periods !?
Fortunately Rebecca from 100Club assisted me , and I have bookings. However, not being able to just book the holiday at Flynns Beach, Coffs Harbour, Kirra, Caloundra and return certainly tested me. We do this trek every two years, enjoying the Club accommodation and renewing friendship.
I think if Rebecca had not been so helpful, I would have given up . It certainly has changed, and difficult to make spontaneous holidays , not 13 months in advance
I emailed my destinations, dates and length of stays to head office and they booked everything for me. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Some were 1 night, 2 nights and 3 or more night stays over a period of almost 3 weeks.
When we had to cancel almost a week of stays at 3 different location due to a death in the family, these were handled very quickly and sensitively and we had our credits refunded.

Depends on how serious the complaint. I have always found the Owner Services Team at Wyndham excellent and will resolve most issues. They respond well to phone calls on the usual Wyndham number. Otherwise, see Apivut's answer to get started, then if needs further action the relevant government department.
