Great product – I have had this feeder for 3 years now and never had an issue with it. I love that you can just log on your phone and feed the cats/dogs no matter where you are. The camera lets me check on them too. It works great and I’m trying to find a second one now for my outdoor cat. Show details

Can not get this to connect to the internet – This device came with a huge review but it’s useless. Won’t connect to the internet at all. I’m taking this back for a full refund it’s in my opinion a waste of money Show details

Poor customer service – Bought in December 2020. It worked well for the first 3 months and the scheduled feeds is great. I started to getting feeding failure notifications every time it fed. Was delivering some food but not enough. Contacted customer service and they wouldn’t do any because I didn’t have a receipt, even though I could show them the Aldi transaction… Read more

date. Very expensive to break within 3 months of use. Does what it is suppose to until it breaks prematurely.

Works pretty well – I got this 2nd hand. Was pretty easy to setup. Have it connected to a power point, so no mucking around with batteries. Scheduled timer works well, don't think its ever missed a scheduled time. The cat understands that we don't need waking up now (jumping on us) to feed her, she more or else waits around the feeder to be fed around feeding times.… Read more

Have used the video feed to check up on her, never any problems there. Agree a wider angle would be better and possibly one aimed or lower down.

2 things I have nitpicks with are sometimes the dispensed food can be inconsistent, which can be a problem as our cat is constantly hungry and its impossible to tell unless you visualise it if the correct amount was dispensed if she should be fed more or we should let her be. Also the amount dispensed in a single portion is a lot of food for out cat. She gets 2 portions a day. Upping that to 3 portions a day is a huge jump, likely to lead to an obese cat. if the portions were smaller so she was getting 3/4 portions then we could increase it by one it wouldn't cause any issues.

Terrible petfeeder – I was so excited to receive this as a christmas gift but it has been nothing but a pain in my rear end. I have constant connectivity issues, never connects when i need it to. The schedule keeps turning its self off so when I'm in bed i don't know if my pet has been fed or not. I constantly have an issue with ants getting into the machine which… Read more

results in me having to throw her expensive food out. Never had an issue with a normal bowl. Waste of money and i feel bad for the person who purchased it for me, as i won't be using this piece of trash again.

Works perfectly – It works exactly as it should....every time. I can see my pets feed them whenever, watch them eat....even see which pet is eating.....and sharing. Love it. I use small sized kibble and it never jams. Well done. Show details

Good but needs a build in battery – Good and takes a little while for my pup to get used to. Adding a strong batt is imp. Charge pack last only 1 day or lesser ad the video probably consumes a lot of batt power. Some way to optimize battery will help for example mode to switch video on only on demand. I had to take out the bowl and keep it near my old one and add some kibble so my… Read more

pup got over his fear. Slowly then bring the machine the next day and sit with your pup or dog at feeding time and that will help. Camera is good but wide angle would be much better to have. Feeding bin size is good.

Early days but so far so good – Had no issues setting up and connecting via WiFi. Video a little laggy but no problem, decent idea of how pets are going. Can’t use very large sized kibble or it gets stuck trying to dispense (royal canin Maine Coon adult bikkies are too big, but kitten ones are fine). So far so good and will be so useful when going away for a night or coming home late.  Show details

Terrible, Should have never bought it – Bought this and worked great for first couple of weeks. As soon as NBN was installed it didn't work. The device does not work with a speed of 5ghz and can only work on a wifi network of 2.4 ghz. I am now stuck with this device and cant use it at all nor can I return it. Show details

This Dog Trainer Loves It – This device is simple and easy to set up, requiring a smart phone to use. I just wish it had an internal rechargeable battery, it needs to be close to a power point, or else used with an extension power cable. It has two way audio and night/day camera that is very useful. The camera is a bit pointless while the dog is eating, but good for spying… Read more ·  1

on the dog at other times and reinforcing desired behaviour or desensitisation to triggers.

Ive put it up high so food scatters for the dog to find the food for extra enrichment. Its helped her to cope with situations that cause her stress, like wind, rain, people outside.
