Sites used to be great now they have changed systems seems eftpos overcharging people and then money not getting returned for weeks on end but still expect you to pay for fuel

Only just recently started to have duplicate charges for fuel, and staff were also unhelpful when trying to see where it went all wrong. Tried to call the contact centre, only to find there was no customer service available, and chatbot was completely useless. Other forms of communication and no one responds. Coles Express/Reddy Express seem to have a continuing problem with overcharging and staff being oblivious or totally indifferent to deals and product specials..it happens all over Sydney and all the time..advertised specials and Combo deals are not honoured..quite frankly deceptive and misleading conduct

Coles Express- Stapylton – This site really is exceptional compared with its local peers. As a person from a customer service background I have not ever seen such consistent suggestive selling! 10c discount through budget direct. Always 10c to 12c more at Reddy express. Decided to try and get the 10c and 8c with fly buys. They could not process the 10c for some reason. Lunch food is always second grade. I used to buy my lunch often from here, but it always seemed like the bread was particularly stale. I only buy from 7/11 now, always fresh. In hindsight, I don't think I've had a fresh one. I think the manufacturers use day or two old bread. Take the challenge, try a sanga from Coles express, then 7/11 and you'll agree with me. Bad service – This so accurate 1/12/24 Againg at 7.10 am No milk. The same guy gray hair. He never checks the milk in the coffee machine. Every time he is on in the mornings I have to leave as there is no milk. This never happens When John is on. I haveto stop at Mackers. They are quiccker.

Peel and win marketing con – I “won” a $10 eftpos voucher, only after filling out all the form it then required me to submit a photo of the original receipt, which i don’t collect for electronic transactions. Just a con to get your personal information for a barrage of marketing crap.

Peel and Bin – I just won a 45g packet of red rock deli crisps, for spending $80+ on fuel. What a joke! I don’t even eat crisps. Good luck getting coffee – I think Coles Express are following the same line as Maccas. Their coffee machines are broken down for often than not, same as the icecream machines at Maccas. How or why they get into a contract with the coffee machine company is beyond me. It normally takes a week to repair them. It's great coffee for the price, but before they start spending money to promote it (as they are atm) they should get it right

Disgusting service – On the 12th of May at 520pm we drove into the Cole s express in Nowra. The worker was out side right near the gas bottles having a cigarette, he didn’t acknowledge us, he kept smoking and then proceeded to put his cigarette on top of the bin outside. Fuel is a joke – At the moment petrol at Coles express is 44c per litre more expensive than other places in Melbourne, at $2.31 a litre. I’m no longer getting my petrol from there or shopping at Coles. Seriously dishonest.

busy flying overseas bignoting themselves as usual forgetting all about homeless people waiting for operations etc pensioners battling to eat because of high prices the list goes on whens next elections when cyclone tracy went to Darwin govt of the dsy had to fly back to aust from overseas holidays this mob is doing the same enjoy the festive season

minutes of receiving it. It would seem this is a good way to not pass on the discount. I have been going to this outlet since it opened and never before had a problem so my only thought is the outlet is benefiting from the advertising and not passing on the discount. Th result action for me is I will never shop at any coles outlet again as Woolworth is only 50 meters away at our local shops. This may not seem like much but our combined spend on groceries and ful a year is around . $25000 to $ 30000 dollars which will now be spent elsewhere.

No Chai Latte – Have been unable to buy a chai latte at any CExp store in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne for the past 6-8 weeks, an absolute disgrace, one of the very few reasons to go in there.

What a disgusting excuse for a business – We were denied 4c off per litre of fuel at coloundra Coles express. when I rang to ask why I was told that I needed to register the card for digital recipes .over the next hour I was given to runaround by the Coles express customer service,hung up on 4 times while they tried to redirect my Call.finaly gave up and rang flybyes.still waiting for resolution.

Fuel discount vouchers – HOW BIZARRE! You now earn a 4c discount voucher that has no value unless you know to go online and activate the voucher you have assumed you have. THIS MUST BE ASCAM that is reportable to the ACCC, Fairt Tading, etc. This is ignoring the reality that Coles Express fuel prices a usually well above the 4c discount offered by the earned vouchers.
