Coles Extra Tough Garbage Bags

They are not the same as before – They have made them thinner and I can't even take them out of the bin without tearing, they honestly used to be tough but I've stopped buying them, very disappointed.

These bags are garbage – Dear Coles, you have taken great liberties when naming your garbage bags as “Extra Tough” for they are anything but. On the strength of the name, no pun intended, I purchased a roll of your Extra Tough bags to do some spring cleaning around the home. Without exception, anything that was hard or remotely heavy cut straight through the bag like butter, leaving a bigger mess than when I began. The 56-litre capacity is meaningless when the bottom and sides rip with the slightest of load. Yours Extra Tough bags are not up to standard and do not perform in a manner that justifies the title that leads the consumer to believe that the product is tough, robust, strong and durable. In the spirit of honest marketing, please either improve the quality of your product or rename this range that truthfully reflects its capability as a garbage bag.
