Is there a single company who can actually do salary sacrafice?? These id*ots signed me up, confirmed upcoming payements etc, then took my entire pay, and didnt pay me. pay may not be in today, and being a long weekend, meaning i wont get it for three days, despite all my bills being due yesterday, on my scheduled pay day. I then went through my emails, found that i had sent them the requested docs 11 days prior. I was requested to do so and told this "CBB will honour your first 2 x payments, however, to continue paying your funds beyond this, we require the above document to be sent urgently to customercare@cbb.com.au" I replied immediately with the correct document, and 2 days later had a payment schedule confirmed. I then contacted CBB again, and was dismissed and told "the other consultant is working on it" I would not let her dismiss me and made her sort it out. she put me on hold and then told me, "sorry this has never happened before, i have released the funds" Clearly after coming here i see that is another lie. Now im behind in rent and bills, and have no idea when im getting my pay.

Do not use them!!! They don't respond d to emails, they gave incorrect information about packaging, dishonest.

Useless chunkn of people. Terrible service, they ripped approximately 47 employees in my last organisation including me. Despite providing the reconciliations of my own account and then prior to leaving their CFO did her own calculations of my account which we both agreed upon and included senior staff to action and when I received my final pay… Read more

it was short by $2k and after approaching them a year ago ,still waiting for a response. Use them at your own risk. The most unprofessional staff guided by unprofessional bunch of senior executives.

Very unorganized. They're in such a hurry to create a salary sacrificing account but don't put any money in there after being contacted twice. I definitely wouldn't use CBB if I had a choice.

DO NOT USE THEM! payments are consistently inconsistent. Terrible, unprofessional and the customer service staff will lie to you just to get you off the phone. For example: The payment still hasn’t hit your account by Friday they tell you - “It will go in tonight or tomorrow morning” knowing it won’t hit your account by Monday leaving you short for 2-3 days. Disgrace. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THEM!

I have just joined up and i couldn't be more disappointed with the " Customer Care" team. They dont listen, they dont respond to emails and that "hold music" OMG, they are seriously trying to drive customers away. My money is being withheld and no satisfactory explanation why..." we need more statements"... YOU HAVE EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH... at this point i'm calling the holding of money theft, until it is released.

Continues to charge you fees after you close your account – I informed CBB I would be leaving my job at the time I finished up with that employer and closed off salary packaging with CBB. I asked about the meal and entertainment card through Beyond Bank that has fees attached to it and was told that would be closed and sorted and they would take care of that. 4 months later I am still being charged fees on… Read more

that account, I have contacted Beyond Bank and have been told they would also follow up on this. Every month I am receiving another lot of fees and chasing both CBB and Beyond Bank. Absolute headache!
