Have had this product for two years and have found it to be great. We use it with a 45 liter Engel fridge freezer hooked up to 120W panels and this works well. We also use Big Red strip lights, and they work OK if powered via the cig.lighter, but if connected to the two light plugs it by passes the controller and the lights stay on full, only to be turned off by shutting the battery down. Show details

Great but – Great unit. However, I have a cig socket charger for my laptop which is rated at 12v/90w @ 4.5 Amps. Yet does not work in the PWR STN 12v socket (supposedly rated up to 10 Amps). Laptop Charger works in car socket and caravan socket. Any ideas as to the problem? PWR STN drives my 75L fridge/Freezer well with solar panel in support. Show details ·  2

Great customer support – Battery pack does as advertised. I have trialed it before a camping trip Had an issue using another brand solar blanket... called support and Mel I think sorted it out... outstanding customer support!!! Hot transformer – The 240v to 12v DC transformer when charging is extremely hot. Hot enough where you cannot hold for more than 3 secs. Is this normal. I have only just bought this today.

OK but Anderson and USBC have issues – Works ok. USB C charging port does not seem to work. Had thought I could use a small 300W pure sine wave inverter but it instantly sends the Anderson plug output into shutdown even with zero load. Inverter isn't even turned on. Tried two different types, both the same. They both will run OK on the cigarette lighter 12v output but I don't trust… Read more

that socket to deliver reliable current without overheating. Should work with the more reliable Anderson connector. Tech support had no idea.

WORKS FOR ME – Use this unit to keep a small fridge (20 litre) going in the back of the car. Run it 24/7 when im away working on job sites and it go's great. An hours worth of driving tops it up about 10% and I occasionally have to use shore power to fill it up,depends on how hard the fridge works,park in shade,put in cold cans etc and obviously it will go… Read more

longer.This unit is my new "worlds best phone charger". When i get a solar blanket (soon)I reckon it will run in my wagon for weeks on end, this is a toy that is now a an essential tool. Small light no permenant install and easy to carry.Works for me.

Great but once it’s fully charged it will drain completely – Great price and features, but if you are running a portable fridge ,it could be trouble, it will run your little portable fridge great until it drains down to 1 percent on the display even thought the 240 volt charger is turned on , then the fridge goes into error mode , everything else works great solid build , the charging program in the… Read more

battery management system seems to shut down and not turn back on once a load is drawn on the battery pack

a bit weak – 12v cig outlet will not provide the stated 10amps. It does run at 1amp ok but will not provide much more. I tried to power device with 3amp draw and it will not run it all. I will be seeking a refund. Show details

Great product. Beat all expectations – Bought to power a XTM (BCF) 37L compressor fridge. Reviews were a bit mixed as to whether this sized unit (40ah) was up to running a fridge for multiple days. 25° and nighttime 7° Very impressed. Obviously bigger fridge would have bigger power draw. Also ordered a solar panel which had not arrived before I went away. Looks like I need not have bothered as plenty of battery power to meet my requirements.
