Great concept but too many design flaws – I purchased my Vogue buggy and smart wheels in February 2023. I had issues straightaway with noisy wheels. Initially, I thought they were just wearing in, but the noise got worse. I returned them to Concouse for them to work out and fix the issue. I’m pretty sure that took a few months. I had some loan smart wheels in the interim. When I got my… Read more

smart wheels back, they kept disconnecting from the remote. You need power and some intricate process to re-pair them. I also had issues with the remote control battery running out before I had finished 18 holes but the wheels still had plenty of charge. There is only one remote, which overhangs the holding bracket on the buggy handle so it is very easy to knock off. The problem with this is that once the remote is no longer on the holder, it picks up speed, which makes it pretty difficult to catch your buggy while you attempt to pick your remote up off the ground. I think it is a great concept, but that Concourse did not iron out some design flaws prior to putting it on the market. The issues I have are the noise from the wheel bearings, the remote control disconnects from the wheels, there is not enough weight over the front wheel (even if you have the fourth stabilizing wheel at the back), the remote control overhangs and is easily knocked off. The remote for the loan wheels also runs out of battery and when you use the remote to turn, the buggy will go in circles sometimes. Also, the smart wheels have slipping issues when there is any water on the course. As you can see, there are many issues they need to sort out. I was given a replacement set which disconnected from the remote first time I went to use them.

Can’t believe I won – Still pinching myself that I was lucky enough to win such a great prize, I am sure that this product will make playing 18 holes at ether longer or hilly courses a breeze and let me put me energy into my golf , and no doubt my playing partners will be looking over in envy , I can’t speak highly enough about Stuart and the team answering any… Read more

questions/queries I have had and I am looking forward to getting out on the courses to enjoy the spring weather, After winning this I have watched a lot of videos on YouTube and there site it and I have been very impressed, I definitely would not hesitate recommending you flicking them a message and seeing what they can do for you if your in the market for an electric buggy, also by supporting this business it will help them expand into other things like wheelchairs , Prams ect which would be amazing and benefit so many people apart from the golfing community

Great quality product – I have owned a CBM3 buggy for a couple of years and have now added the Smart wheels. These products are very high quality and the after sales service is fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone. Show details

Brilliant Australian designed and built Concourse Smart Wheels S2 – Acquired these Concourse Smart Wheels S2 with Vogue Buggy and Premium Golf Bag in February 2022. This integrated unit is the real Macoy in getting around a golf course be it hilly, flat or rough, it powers through. The remote allows parking away from buggy playing and bringing up the buggy when ready. I still get the benefit of walking but I'm not… Read more

tired after 18 holes anymore. Allows me to focus on my shots and the game without pushing or pulling a buggy. This is incredibly Australian technology at its best and the Concourse team of Stuart and David are fantastically customer centric. The Concourse smart wheels removes any need for a motorised cart if you are able to walk!

Save your strength – A well designed and built product.Excellent communication from Stuart, any problem or query sorted quickly and professionally. Golf is a hard sport, don’t wear yourself out pushing/ pulling a non motorised buggy, save your strength for hitting that little white demon and throwing your club. My game improvement clubs etc. haven’t helped but these wheels sure have, buy a set and thank me later. Show details

Revolutionary - some kinks but brilliant service and response – I am what you would call a first adopter of the smart wheels. Paid a deposit and waited over 6 months for their release - got a bit impatient but ultimately they arrived and were fitted easily to my clicgear 3.0 Certainly at first there were some bugs - but the service team at Concourse have been first rate and being one of the first to take up… Read more

new tech - you have to be prepared for some bugs. My first remote died and my whole set of wheels and remote was subsequently replaced, no questions asked. I bought these wheels primarily because I loved my clic gear and it fits in my boot space so wanted to "electrify" it. They work and they do what they are designed for but i am a bit of a perfectionist and to be 100% honest, they do work better with a rotating front wheel BUT - they do work very well with a fixed front wheel. I now have the vogue buggy which is almost the same size folded as my clic gear, the front wheel swivels and the quality is first class - the ride - smooth as. This is brilliant tech. Also I play with a guy who thought they were a novelty and he just bought a mgi zip. But when i send my buggy off remotely to the next tee with such precision, even he is impressed. He still effectively holds his handle all the time and guides his buggy everywhere. Big plus is the service - Tony, your a legend and thanks for all your help dealing with me. Customer service like yours is rare these days. Lastly Concourse are continually updating and improving the software - what other buggy can do that - download an upgrade to make it better? With these constant improvements, the great service and the quality of the build and tech, I am a big supporter of Concourse Smart Wheels - and matched with the vogue buggy, they are even better. (but get them for your clic gear or your batcaddy or your rovic or your whatever - and they are still brilliant

Excellent Product once bugs ironed out – Hi, Bought these when they first came out - had a few teething problems initially, but have worked solidly for last 6 months. Far easier than pushing. Battery life is excellent - I get over 36 holes from 1 charge (course is flat though) Main complaint is that I think I should have got the matching buggy as the Clicgear I use has a fixed front… Read more

wheel that makes steering a bit more difficult - especially on say a concrete path.

Overall I do recommend if you can afford (not cheap), nice and light to lift into boot of car compared to the usual heavy remote electric buggies.

Disappointed – After talking with a sales assistant from Concourse Golf I bought the smart wheels through my golf club and at her suggestion, the Vogue buggy package through Concourse Golf. After 4 attempted uses of the Smart Wheels they had to be returned for repair. When I received the Vogue buggy it was without normal wheels and I phoned to be advised they… Read more

were not ready yet and would be sent. However on following this up today, given my smart wheels are out of action, I am now advised that the normal wheels are not included with the Vogue package and maybe Concourse "were not clear" when they sold me this package. It looks like a good product but so far very disappointed with the Smart Wheels failing after one outing. Given the price of their products, suggest waiting until they iron out the bugs and if you are purchasing over the phone check carefully what is included ie get it in writing. I have had a number of conversations with Concourse Golf for this purchase so its disappointing that they did not clarify sooner the exclusion.
