This product is excellent – Have written review on this before. Just moved from the tropics where this outdoor setting was in sun, wind, humidity and rain. Excellent hasn't failed or deteriorated. I have moved to South Australia and it has just been in its first winter. Wind, rain and ice. No problem still no deterioration. I did keep the cushions inside. Great product. Love it. Have had it for years now.

Absolutely fantastic customer service – This was my first purchase from Deluxe Products. After placing my order online I was regularly updated on the progress of my order by email, I also received a phone call before delivery to confirm a suitable delivery time. When my furniture arrived there was a small plastic cap that was missing from the bottom of one table leg. I emailed them with a photo to show the item concerned and received a reply straight back to let me know that a replacement part would be sent out within a couple of days. In less than 24 hours from my email being sent to Deluxe Products sales team to advise of the missing part I had a whole new table section delivered by Express Courier. I was just so surprised, their customer service is brilliant. My furniture is now all assembled and ready to be used. I'd highly recommend Deluxe Products, it's nice to get really good service. Furniture was exactly as shown on the website, delivery was on time and back up service was brilliant.
