Disappointing service – The standard of this clinic has reduced significantly over time, with the exception of a couple of doctors and a few of the original staff, who continue to carry this clinic on their shoulders. Some of the reception staff need some serious upskilling in people skills and the importance of good customer service. I have currently been waiting 1.5 hours, past my appointment time to see the doctor. I asked the receptionist if he was running behind and was told there was one patient ahead of me, an hour ago. Three people have gone in since. Finally got into the doctor, no apology for the long wait. How about some respect for your patients needs especially their comfort and their time!
Horrible experience with unprofessional GPs – It appears that most of the GPs working here are very unprofessional including the people working at the reception. It appears that they exhibit a behaivour which is not open to feedback. When you book an appointment with this unreliable facility, expect to wait almost an hour from your original appointment to see their unprofessional medical practitioner. When I complaint about their unprofessionalism, I’ve been advised by their aggressive, rude and arrogant doctor that if I go to the Emergency (at the hospital), I need to wait approximately 5 hours and told me that I’m lucky that I only waited for almost an hour and expected me to thank this uncivilized GP . I received no apology from this uncivilized doctor and from their management after I submitted complaints about it. Imagine, you book an appointment to see their doctor because you’re sick but failed to commit on the agreed time of the appointment and then when you raised it with them, they will further victimize you and this seems to be a normal practice in this unsafe facility, and they don’t care if your condition would become worst because of their ongoing unsafe practices. Based on my ongoing negative experience with this unsafe facility, they are not interested in patience care. They seems to be more interested on gaining profit and I won’t recommended this unsafe facility to anyone and I will contact AHPRA and Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner if I don’t get a response from my formal complaints.
