CPA Australia

Purchased an online course from CPA Australia online after creating an account in their system and choose the member price, cause it allowed me to (cause some “dont have any word in my most vulgerest of dictionaries to describe this low-life of a person who designed this) cause some so-called CPA has designed the system to be such - I was told. On trying to enrol into online course post payment, confirmation emails and login gives me a "You do not meet the criteria to enrol into a course.”.

On calling CPA Australia they said that since I am not a "member" I wont be able to enrol into the course.

Now, is this a third-rate (perhaps a tenth-rate) way adopted by CPA Australia to get people to purchase a course by misleading them into a member price in order to pay for the course and sign up and then charging them once again for a non-member price?

CPA Australia who are meant to be upholding the Ethical Accounting and Financial management of Australia being non-ethical here? Something that should be brought to the attention of a federal government review board perhaps?
