Do NOT trust - thieves – This agency steals creator videos without their knowledge or permission and uses these videos as ads to promote their business. I know as I am one of those creators. Do not trust!

Horrible Experience – I have to say, dealing with this agency has been the worst experience I've ever had. It all started with their co-founder/salesman who got me interested, but then I made the mistake of paying the full amount upfront, which left me with no control or leverage. After that, I had a meeting with their team who showed me a fantastic storyboard for my videos. I sent my products to their creators, but when the videos came back a few months later, they looked nothing like what I had been promised. Instead, they looked like something you'd find on a low-budget UGC app that cost $100, but I had paid $1500 for them.

To make matters worse, the agency had no idea how to sell products. They focused on clips of my products, instead of showcasing their benefits or before & afters. I ended up spending over $20,000 on videos that I could have easily done for $1000 on that UGC app. Out of the 13 videos I received, only 5 were decent enough to post on social media.

When I complained to my 'account manager,' she ignored me. The agency even submitted finished work without informing me and then claimed I hadn't asked for revisions within the allocated time. It felt like they knew they had done a terrible job, and they just wanted to get rid of me.

Overall, my experience with this agency was disgusting, and I regret using them. I strongly advise against anyone else using their services.
