Will use if we need anything again – Anissa was very pleasant to work with for finance for our new caravan. Would recommend Anissa to anybody. Sorted insurance for us in-house and Anissa contacted us via email or phone it was nice to have a person to communicate with if we had any problems.

Best creditor I have dealt with – Michael at Credit One was amazing. Finance was sorted out fast and easy. When I had issue with seller I was buying truck from, Michael was easy to deal with and even looked for alterative truck for me. Kept me updated and was patient in getting a new truck. Easiest creditor to deal with and extremely helpful. Someone should give Michael a rise. Will definitely return when needed again.

Credit one – If these people contact you for a loan ..make sure you know your credit score. They will offer you super high interest rates and tell you your credit score is low and its not. I still don't know how they git my information to make initial contact.

Absolutely disgusting Service – Please do not use this broker if you can as they have personnel who don't know what they are doing. Bad experience – I approached this company as I had a number of ads pop up about about it over socials/internet as I was in the market for a caravan, reviews seemed pretty okay. company asked if my wife was working, my reply is that she is not as she is currently on maternity leave, the comment received from that is “most financiers will not look at this because females are subject to post natal depression and may not return to work” but I’ll try my best

This comment was pretty disappointing in my view and basically I was fobbed off and told to come back when she was back at work.

I ended up using a different company who gave me pre-approval and settled on the loan within 28 hours!

CreditONE please treat customers like people, not numbers.

I can't recommend Alan enough! He was an absolute legend in helping my daughter secure her first car loan. He took the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms, making the process much less daunting. We had an approval within just a few hours. We will definitely be turning to his expertise again in the future!

Great service – Daniel and Thalia were brilliant. They both went above and beyond to get us our caravan finance. Nothing was too hard for them to tackle. Horrible business – It took 3 months to get my card for them deactivate it and tell me they are sending a new card . It has been 3 months, where is my card and what are you guys doing with my credit ?
