wary of discussing things further with those 2 individuals. Insurance is a regulated industry, and YOU MUST know what you are providing to a client.

If you cannot answer a question, you need more training or simply don't work in insurance!

I would hate to know who purchased a policy and not fully understand it, staff should be able to fully reply with an appropriate answer, we know it's general advice, but when someone asks a question to answer it in the correct manner or clarify with your superiors. NEVER GUESS!

David was the staff member I dealt with and he was confident with the product knowledge which is what is required so that we can make an informed decision.

Have been paying off a loan with them for over a year and have not paid anything. The interest rates are too high. Do not recommend them.
