Crunchyroll

This company makes it very hard for you to cancel your subscription. It's hidden behind particular profile or account pages, only available in desktop view, not the app, not even the website from a browser on phone. Error about only being able to cancel 'on your device' if you subscribed using the app (guess I used my computer, how am I supposed to remember). This is such deceptive and poor customer service I am not sure I will ever use it again. No wonder so many people just rip it off using ad blockers. You try to do the right thing and you get punished and stressed and waste time just trying to turn the subscription off for a time. This should be illegal.
Messy and missing content – Crunchyroll is terribly organised, with crazy things like series seasons going from S1 and then jumping to S20. The way they organise dubbed show is very messy and confuses users as they include the dubbed version in the list of seasons, for example. - Season 1 - English - Season 1 - Japanese Where Funimation would show you the season and allow you to pick the language once you had chosen the episode. Unfortunately, crunchyroll acquired Funimation which has a great catalogue with lots of dubbed shows and it is very well organised but crunchyroll not only is forcing users to move to their platform but has not yet properly included the Funimation catalogue into their own.
Unfortunately, eventually there will be no option but to stick with their terrible service if you want to watch animes.
