initial promises. The service was delayed without proper communication, and the final result was amateur, showing a total lack of care or attention to detail. The owner is not returning my phone calls and is just ignoring me. Not happy!

Awful company – Had a broken window that needed fixing. Called and said they’d be an hour. They came 2 and a half hours later with multiple calls stating they’d be there soon every time. They replaced the glass and had to alter our sliding door to do it and then fix it back. Worker fixed up the sliding door but didn’t fix it properly so that it wouldn’t close… Read more

properly. Must have known that this was the case as when he left, the door was slightly open instead of closed and it would get stuck. He knew this and didn’t bother fixing it. Got multiple separate texts asking me to pay quickly. Payment was a complete ripoff for a dodgy job. I paid it within 2 hours as I was out at the time. I asked for an invoice and it took 3 days to get an invoice. When I got the invoice my name was misspelled. I told them about the door that needed to be fixed and he said that he would get the guy to come and fix it. I texted multiple times after that and no response. Absolutely dodgy. Stay far away from this company!

Never showed up – Never showed up after saying 7 times they were 30 mins away

Excellent service – These guys came out and fixed my glass within 3 hrs. Excellent service, great prices and new safety glass in my living room!

Be prepared to be ignored – Replaced glass but started leaking. Made an appointment to fix and took a day off and they never showed and refuse to respond. Disrespectful, no drop sheets, unprofessional. Stay away at all cost.

Terrible! – SHONKY COMPANY - DO NOT USE Deserves no stars! Replaced a panel of glass, cut too small so now I have an area where water will get in along one whole edge of window. Promised to come back & fix but no show on 2 occasions. Raymond blocks & ignores your phone calls. Leave whatever you need fixing before using this company as it will end up worse then what it was to begin with!!!

Dodgy Company – After getting [Name Removed] and Crystal Glass Services to replace a piece of glass after taking three goes to do this they left a crack in the replaced glass. After contacting [Name Removed] and him saying they will fix it he ignores my calls. Please do not use this company.
