Product quality is very poor - cheap and nasty. Would not recommend.

Ordered black antique rod with peacock brackets. Order process easy all questions answered over chat. Great customer service. Rods and brackets arrived promptly. Good quality, great price. We're really happy. Installed in 1900s Queenslander look great. Would highly recommend!

Heavy duty railings cheap and already breaking – Purchased the CHR19 Ivory Black Curtain Tracks Ceiling/Wall Mount as they were stated to be ‘heavy duty’ and could take the weight of our thick, long drapes. They turned up correct size etc but the screws were cheap and threaded as we drilled them in - ended up buying our own - and the ends that have a hook to hook your last pleat onto have… Read more

consistently snapped off so that all the rollers fly off when you open it. Almost all ends have broken now- they are cheaply made and snap at the slightest pressure.

Emailed the company with our problem and they offered replacements ends at a cost. Very disappointing considering they’re advertised as heavy duty. Cost to replace was only $36 for 6 ends but I couldn’t bring myself to spend more money on ends that will inevitably break in no time with standard use. When I raised this issue they stopped responding.

Quality not what expected and ends break quickly.

very disappointing – after holiday reopening it took over 4 weeks to receive them. they are not as described. curtains extremely heavy with 2 linings sewn into the curtains and not removeable. never seen this done before and not how curtains should be made. rod system is cut in 2 for freighting and no joiners provided. swag could not be mounted onto same mechanism due… Read more

to sheer weight. swag has velcro and it isn't functional. emailed them about issues but was told repeatedly that everything was in the box, which it was not. no instructions provided and no u-tube to assist with how they think their system works. complained but no response. very unhelpful and uncooperative after expressed dissatisfaction. employed professional installers who were horrified and told swag in this weight of curtains should be mounted onto a proper board system to sit properly but now far too small a drop to do so. after almost A$1k, so very disappointed as they are useless.

Super quick delivery and good quality – We were looking for a patterened / embroidered sheer curtain for our living room. After looking at many shops around Melbourne and some online as well, we were disappointed by the lack of variety, not in the service area or super expensive material. We ordered the curtain on the 21st of December and received it on Jan 4th 2022 by DHL considering… Read more

the holiday period and Covid delays; this was a pleasant surprise for us. The quality of the fabric itself is nice, the leaf pattern on the sheer looks good,well-stitched pencil pleat curtain came with hooks as well. Paid through PayPal, safe and secure and the price is good too. Exchanged a few emails with Teak, salesperson who was quick to respond.

Very happy with the overall experience.

Very happy with the quality of the tracks and rollers – I was a bit hesitant about ordering due to a lack of recent reviews but paying by credit card you can always get a refund. Fortunately I was delighted with the quality of the tracks and rollers I ordered. Email communication was very good. I had to ask for the tracking number but this was provided, which revealed that the goods were coming from… Read more

Hong Kong, but they were air-freighted. Given the Covid situation, delivery in about 2 weeks was very reasonable.

I was a bit nervous about bending the tracks, given my wife was insisting that we get that professionally done, at an exorbitant price. So I only told her about the tracks I ordered for the straight curtains. But it was quite easy bending the tracks 30 degrees and the rollers fly around the bends without impediment. And I saved a motza!

I had a slight issue in that the wall fix brackets don't sit out far from the wall and only one drill hole. But the ceiling fix brackets bolt nicely on to the standard brackets you get from Bunnings or Spotlight, and I had enough of the ceiling fixings to still do the job. Just specify ceiling fix and buy some brackets locally if this is an issue for you.

Dishonest – We ordered curtains for our shop. It took a long time for delivery, it was sent from China. The website makes you believe it is located in Australia. They sent the wrong curtains and do not respond to emails.
