Cyclone Pet Mesh

Very good product, did two large security slidiing doors (diamond type), and two large sliding windows. Old mesh was in poor condition, had a very small dog which scratched at the door, so went with the stronger mesh. Is darker than the cheaper fiberglass, but not an issue. fibreglass, but again not an issue. I did the larger security screen windows as well after replacing the doors, as it goes in tighter when the spline is applied (spline used was 4.5mm). With the fibreglass, it is not as tight in the middle (two other windows were done in the cheaper product, 5.0 spline). It states also it is 6 times stronger, and you can tell the difference in quality over the cheaper product. Hopefully it will be long lasting, no issues with the doors after 6 months. If it last longer, reduces replacement time and labour and more durable than it is money well spent. Price paid is for 2metres, which does one security door. I did have a small flaw in one of the packs I used for the sliding window, which reduced an offcut for smaller windows.

I can't rate this product high enough, with 3 cats and a dog standard fly screen is destroyed immediately. This has been on our sliding doors for well over two years and not one claw pull has occurred. Just going through the rest of the screens now with the same product, even if we didn't have the pets I would probably use it, it's so strong. Show reply
