Unable to charge successfully – This product is so difficult to charge. I originally bought it at the international airport and used it a handful of times before draining the battery since then I have unsuccessfully tried a myriad of combinations and gave up. I am going on holiday soon so grabbed it out of the drawer and thought ok this time I might work. I have tried the cable that came with it, other Samsung cables, a host of docks and nada sits on 0% after days of unsuccessful charging.

Purchased in for $80.

Capacity not as advertised – First of all im posting this here because JB Hi-Fi rejected my below honest review on their website. After having this product for aabout 2 weeks now, it works pretty good, fast charge works well and I've never discharged the battery below 50% before the test I completed (Details Below). Does what it states to do. Construction materials seem to be solid and well made. My only gripe with this product and after testing it myself with a full 100% charge I'm only getting 6.45Ah (6,450mAh/30.53Wh) out of the advertised 10 Ah (10,000mAh/37Wh). The duration of this test took 3 hours 6 mins and 34 seconds to complete drawing 2.07A constantly from the battery using the USB-C2 port and discharging the battery bank to 0% on the display (0% on its display is its cut off). I'm unsure if Cygnett are reserving 3,550mAh to protect the lithium battery but if that were the case it should be advertised as "6,450mAh of usable energy". In conclusion, if I was paying $70 for a product advertised as having a 10,000mAh capacity id expect to have 10,000mAh of useable power. The capacity was a let down and a deterrent for me to buy this brand again.
