Thanks for your quick response! #67483785 is the order number. It was an Artiss standing desk. I keep getting small electric shocks from the metal of the frame when it touches my legs!

This is a very very bizarre one and I'm in disbelief to be honest! I went into my order history on catch to get the name of my TV unit as my friend visited me today and loved it. I noticed an order from 2.5 years yes, 2 and half years ago stating one item still to be dispatched.. I clicked into it and seen the order I purchased for my elderly aunt of 1 bed frame and 1 TV (65inch) all paid for but it shows only the bed frame as delivered. I paid this and had sent to my aunts address (not in the same town as myself) It was a surprise delivery and when she was extatic thanking me for the marvellous surprise in the mail I thought no more of it. Catch of the day does it again and i continued my day....Well. It turns out back then 2022 (just off the phone to her now) she received a surprise bed frame and NO TV was delivered! I seen the "to be dispatched" in my history and called her to ask what exactly she received back when I surprised her for her 70th birthday. My wonderful bed frame she said... I said and anything else.. No! My gosh. How and who do I contact to get a refund and send all of the info through to? 2022 was the year I was diagnosed stage 4 br cancer and can understand why I did not notice this as i spent 2022 to last year in bed, I'm gobsmacked! Moral of the story. If surprising anyone with gifts ensure to ask what arrived at their end and don't just be like myself and think because you got a huge thanks on the phone that all items were sent. This is over $600 worth of TV paid for and never actually sent! Please may I have a refund? And how to speak to someone? Thanks so much ! Please see details below.

Dear Gill, if you paid catch via PayPal then PayPal can help you. If you paid via credit card, contact your card provider to help you get a full refund. You can still contact Catch on their 1300 number and explain the situation. Bear in mind "Catch.com.au" will cease business on the 31st of March 2025 (this year)

Hi Joe, I tried to call, but was not able to speak to anyone. I only got a recorded message and then it hung up. I feel this delivery business is not at all good. It is now two days since my order was sent from Melbourne to Geelong and there has been no further tracking updates. That is really poor, considering how close I am to Melbourne. Just another business using cheap delivery and they don't care what happens after that. It has cost $60 for delivery, when some companies deliver for free. I will not be recommending buying from Daily Plaza to anyone after this bad experience.

As my order is taking much longer than it should have to be delivered, as is shown in the tracking details to date, I feel it is only right to give me a partial refund of 50% for the inconveniece I have been put through. I also paid $60 for delivery, now look at how poor the service you chose to deliver is. I am not a happy customer, that's for certain. My regards, Karen.

On 30th November I ordered a golf practice net for my son for Christmas which has never arrived. Delivery window was 9-16th December. Couriers Please have been contacted and can only find parcel 1 of 2. Daily Plaza contacted several times and keep requesting another 2 days to investigate. Catch contacted who messaged Daily Plaza! I’m going around in circles! Time is Up! I don’t know what kind of shoddy business you’re running but I have No more patience. I’ll be contacting the Office of Fair Trading tomorrow as you have offered no resolution, refund or replacement. Not only am I out of pocket by over $300 but my son has no Christmas present!!!!!!

I do not recommend anyone order anything from you!!

The same has happened to me only mine was with shonky couriers Aramex. I still received nothing. Lodge a dispute with your credit provider and they will assist you in obtaining a refund. I advise you to do this asap. Referring Daily Plaza to the Department of Fair Trading is an excellent idea.

Yep a common occurrence. I keep getting told 2 days for them to reply but I e done all the chasing around. Aramex say they only have paperwork, daily plaza says I can get a refund but don’t accept the parcel when it arrives. I have to wait now as I chose this one over Black Friday sales and now it will cost me a lot more. So I have to accept I’ll be getting it after Xmas now. All 3 catch, daily plaza and Aramaic are u reliable!!!

I have not received any update on this order and no tracking update. Whenever I asked for the update these people asked for 48 hors to update however there is no update. They didn't refunded or resent the product. Just asking for 48 hours. I may have to take this further now.
