They have changed their name to "thehome.com.au. I would not buy from them either.

Ironically, the day I posted a review on Dalani, I finally got an email response to the many emails I had sent. Unfortunately it was still a non-answer: "we are looking into it". I have no faith! Perhaps try Consumer Affairs?

I've had the same problem. So, I opened a dispute in paypal. Paypay messaged me that in accordance with their policy they were unable to assist with my case and encouraged me to deal directly with the seller - "yeah right - tried that one!", my case was closed.

My next step is to contact Fair Trading and it has also crossed my mind to contact A Current Affair - it appears that this is a far to common story for this seller. I really wonder how many other people have given Dalani/TheHome their money and did not receive their goods or have their issue satisfactorily resolved. I was recently advised to never make purchases from an on-line seller that does not provide a contact phone number.
