2 Years (3 competitions) in a Row of disappointments. Unresponsive to email queries – I am not intending to defame, but I am just sharing my experience. Dance photography is not a cheap item -- 3 minute dance photo and video costs $45 (Cost add up if participating in multiple sessions of dance). I am a dance mom whose daughter returned to solo competition in 2021 and then had her recent competition in 2022. In 2021, during my daughter's solo, her music had a glitch - however she danced well through the end which won her 1st place. At the end of her session, she got a chance to repeat her dance. When I purchased her video from DancePro, her 1st video was completely deleted and her 2nd video was missing the first 10 seconds. I didn't have a choice to pick the video. Although they refunded the video cost, I'd rather to have the 1st video for memory sake as it showed my girl's resilient during the compo. I accepted the matter lightly and took home the incomplete 2nd video. This year (2022), my daughter won the RAD Festival Scholarship and Junior Female Award which is like a big milestone and honor as she will dance 2 dances in the Gala with all other winners. If I showed you their photos, you will tell me "What the heck?" They missed so many lovely moments -- they missed to photo of the beginning position, were not good at catching the ending position (which position was held for few good 5 seconds), weren't in the right angle (back of my child), were at the wrong timing shot, zoomed in too much. Not just for her photos during the Gala, same with her competitions sessions. Most parents (as me) complained how cut out photos (missing legs /knees, missing arms/fingers due to too much zooming in) were in the package ; Why some dancer has 66 photos and ours only have like not even half of the photos??? (Preferences Issue too???) I haven't tried to print the photo on a large canvas, however, a mother told me that the photo can't be printed larger than 4x6 cm without sacrificing its high resolution. The video quality, hmm somewhat the face of dancer is quite grainy if watched in a 14" laptop monitor. NOT just that, if you order online, you will be trembled by their terms and conditions: 1. Online order may take up to 7 days to receive. 2. The fact that during the above 7 days window, you will receive email notification such as in a 5 days time, they will delete all of your photos competitions from their website. 3. On certain date, they will take 2 weeks office break. 4. Although not in their T&C, they should add "we will not respond to any query emails" neither will we apologize. Imagine, during that 7 days window, someone (such as myself) then received notification 2 and 3 plus -- my two kind emails querying about my orders (on the day 3 and 4) were BOTH ignored --1 query through their facebook page which they replied but didn't provide a follow up regarding time frame -- No phone number to contact too. ADDED experience: * I also bought my daughter's video from Elite Eisteddfood Perth in 2021, same imperfect quality of the video (they missed to capture the whole video -- cut out 8 seconds before my girl left the stage. I was too tired to battle about the quality last year). * If you purchased the photo/video from their apps, ensure you have Iphone. Their apps is not compatible with Android -- you'd better a copy in a USB otherwise you will waste your money (no photos or videos can be downloaded into an Android phone. The photos will be in wrong ratio if you successfully downloaded).

I believe there are rooms for improvements if they still covers the RAD Festival competitions and other competitions in Perth Metro.
