Paid for express post a week ago. A week later, only 1 item arrived. Email says i have been refunded for an unavailable item, but doesn't specify. Alll other items under express delivery have still not arrived, and the party is on Saturday! Extremely disappointed.

Quality has significantly decreased. No better than Shein. Service is terrible. Paying for express shipping but they don’t send until 5 business days later at best. Just trash

In years gone by I was an avid shopper at Dangerfield. For me it was mostly online due to personal time constraints, but I never had issues with quality or sizing. It is only in the last 5 years that I've found all brands which Dangerfield sells have significantly decreased my urge to make any new purchases. Sadly this is in more ways than one.… Read more

The first major issue is the move away from the retro style cuts, such as the a-line or fit & flare dresses. Since replacing those with the nasty sack of flour style cuts, I couldn't bare to purchase such unflattering dresses. Secondly is the insane fabric variances across all items, this can make it extremely hard to gauge from the online ad listings what you're actually getting. Thirdly are the boring, dull & repetitive prints on the clothing. There used to be such a quirky & unique range of choices, nowadays it's just too similar to other brands. Finally, it goes without saying, but I cannot warrant the huge price gouging that Dangerfield have added to every single item in their stores. Sure everything we purchase has increased recently, but when everything else is also compromised, these guys are going to have loyal customers leave for good.

Lovely store. One thing stood out; it has a chair for elderly people. The ‘man’ can sit patiently while the ‘lady’ shops around. I liked it. Thanks Show details

Absolutely atrocious customer service from [Name Removed] using their support@dangerfield.com.au email address. Didn’t read my emails properly when asking for an item exchange after the order number I received was invalid and couldn’t retrieve a return label from Aus post. Sent emails with images of proof that the order number I received wasn’t working and then ignored the rest of my emails when they clearly couldn’t find a solution. Show details

Great staff – I was a Dangerfield in Melbourne central on Sat 7/09/2024. I am not am average Dangerfield shopper (70 with white hair) but went in to see if I could find some overalls. I was having trouble and the assistant Caitlin came to my aid. She was SO helpful. She found all the overalls she thought I my like and then had to find the correct size. She was… Read more

not pushy and was assisting other customs while I was trying on but was there when I had a question. I ended up purchasing not 1 but 3 pair of overalls. Thank you Caitlin.

Oversales to boost business, don't care customer order – Three times shopped in this shop via online platform. Two times pants weren't not fit by the size supposed to be . The recent time placed the order, taken ages to dispatch, then after got the tracking number,no further progress of the delivery for a week .At the end sent enquiry to ask for the update. They replied me Australia Post lost my order. … Read more

By my experience and instinct,I actually suspect they oversales online and provided the invalid tracking number .As one item they actually out of stock after I placed the order .

So unethical practices of this business .

Will never buy from again – I bought a pair of $30 sandals - they broke on the second wear. I emailed customer service who said I could send the back for a full refund or replacement - the shoe was out of stock so I asked if they offered repairs - no. I then asked to keep the shoe to repair myself as I loved them and I didn’t want them just going into landfill - they can… Read more

only offer me a 10% refund, which is literally $3, less than what the glue is going to cost to repair them. They refused to budge on providing me with a full refund (literally never had this issue with any other company when I’ve received faulty items), despite knowing the shoe would just go into landfill if I returned it. I was asking for a $30 refund, not $100. They’re a multi million dollar company who can only offer me a $3 refund, insane. I would have spent the refund to repair them, rather than their option of literally throwing them out. Horrible company

I bought denim dress from Dangerfield online. When I checked out I gave my delivery address to home address in Blacktown. However the parcel has gone to Australia Post in Marayong and now I have drive all the way to Marayong post office and pay… Read more

another $10 to get my item. I already paid for the delivery cost to my home address and item not delivered at my doorstep. Now what a rip off as I am not getting the service for what I paid for. Seems like the delivery service company is playing lazy or trying to earn money from other avenues. I hope this is looked into, to avoid customers being ripped off and from being deceived.

Follow-up  · I have received no response on the delivery address i provided online and receive the item on the address i had provided. Had to drive to another town to get my item.

Bri and Hannah from the Toowoomba store are the best. I took my 12yr granddaughter into Dangerfield to purchase some new clothes. In my whole 50 plus years of shopping I have never found staff so courteous and eager to help. These 2 ladies went up and beyond with helping my girl especially Bri. She took my girl around showing her fashions and how to mix and match. Well done ladies well done you should be proud of yourselves. Show details

I ordered online off Dangerfield two weeks in advance for an event I had under the assumption I would be receiving the order from New Zealand. there but d^mn, if you can’t meet the capacity of your business - hire more staff??).

At the 7 business day mark, order had been processed and “shipped”, then within 40 minutes of this notification I received a response from the customer service team pretty much saying “whoop, looks like your order has been shipped! Can’t process a refund”. Wouldn’t recommend buying online if you’re after something for an event. And to the representatives, maybe give people an opt out option if shipping changes from national to international.

Returns are a nightmare. They only accept up to 14 days. You have to print out a form to fill in. They charge you $11 for postage. They dont do refunds of anything that was discounted, only credit. I had two pairs of pants from the same label, same size. One fit, the other didnt. Show details

Keep clear this place hard left political indoctrination even before you go in . Not a safe space. Latest rant is not my king . Cheap and offensive play on United States politics but using a pic of our beloved king . He has done nothing but duty and service. How they stay open is beyond me

Pretty crap customer service. Ordered 3 sets of scrubs over a week ago. No update since then. Went to their website and used their AI chat (no option to speak to a person) and the AI was able to tell me there are sourcing problems and my order is delayed with no ETA provided. When I tried to speak to a person it said there was no one available… Read more

(during business hours) and took me back to the main menu. If an order is delayed the company should be contacting customers not the other way around. Will not be ordering from them again and if I haven’t heard from them in another week I will have to dispute the transaction with my bank and get my money back since there’s no human to speak to

their customer chat, which CLAIMED to be 9-5 Weekdays but all 4 days throughout the entire day nobody was online. I tried Facebook and instagram, email, everything! Even my mum reached out hoping to get a response. We received an automated message saying our messages were received and to await a prompt reply within 72 hours. Of course our messages remain ignored. Poor excuse for a company. Especially one that claims to be inclusive and for the people when they really care so little about their customers. They'll say they're pro anything is believe it'll get them money. I used to love Dangerfield but now they're forever on my bad list.

Don’t know what Dangerfield is doing. Poor quality clothes at expensive prices. They are also now obviously using AI for designs because they are becoming so generic. I went into to buy a pair of cord pants. But the cord material was so thin and nasty I couldn’t buy any. Great staff but top management need a shake up in their decisions.

Each and every time I've ordered something online from Dangerfield, I've been disappointed with at least one item. I have bought stuff from their Princess Highway and Black Friday line as well. I have shopped at the store in person a few times as well and it's a better experience when you're able to see what you can buy, but I have been living… Read more

in Regional areas in Australia for the past 2 years, so I don't always have access to in-store shopping. My review is mainly of the online shopping process.

For full price, the clothing quality is shocking and most clothes fit tighter than your usual size, so you'd need to size up. I'm a size 10 and I usually buy size 12 or even 14 shirts.

I would never buy from this shop, unless the items were on sale. Imagine paying $80 plus for a shirt, only for it to start pilling and the threads to start unravelling within two washes. Some printed skirts and cotton shirts from the Princess Highway collection are super thin and susceptible to tears. Most clothes start pilling between the legs, underarms and anywhere there might be slight friction from a jacket or hand bag.

I have been sent clothes with the security tags still on and dye stains on the collar. I know, stuff happens, but how did clothing with visible stains even make it out of the store and to a customer?

The customer service sucks, but not because of the people who serve you. I bought a bunch of items in 2023 for almost $200 and one of the skirts didn't arrive. It was apparently sent back to Dangerfield due to an issue with the shipping numbers, but no one reached out to me for three months, despite me sending emails to check if I could at least get store credit. The issue was resolved after, like, 3 months of me hassling the customer service team, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, not impressed with the quality of clothing for the shocking prices listed. Unless the clothes are on sale, I'd never buy from here, especially not online.

Shein quality :( - online store is easy to navigate, the order itself came in 2 parts. but the overall quality is no different from buying straight from manufacturers that probably share warehouses with Shein. Loved all their products and particularly their earrings and have bought many pairs. One of my recent purchases broke within a week of wearing and the paint of another, the dark crystal earrings, started peeling off while I was wearing them for less then a day, leading to an infection.

Terrible customer service and even worse refund policy – Their refund policy is absolute garbage. I was refused a refund (requesting store credit, not even a full refund, for an item that was unworn with tags still attached) and was denied because I was one day past their cut off date. I even appealed to their support, but the response was pretty much “too bad”. Clearly they don’t care at all about their customers, for the sake of a few dollars.

Dangerfield's sizing is whack - their refunds policy is a scam – Sizing is inaccurate - they admit it's 'slight', but its anything up to three sizes wrong. When you ask for a refund, they will tell you that they don't offer refunds on 'sale' items, however it is practically impossible to buy a full price items on the site. They are hiding from their consumer obligations behind nominal discounts, while offering items that are not as advertised. Show details

Terrible customer service – Purchased 2 pairs of Christmas scrubs a month ago and they still have not been delivered or even shipped according to the tracking app. Have received 2 generic emails asking me to be “patient “ as it is a “busy” time but many of my colleagues ordered Christmas scrubs from a company called medi scrubs and princess highway and they were delivered in 3 days! I am sure they are just as busy at this time of year. DO NOT buy scrubs from Dangerfield.

Great but need more improvement – The very first time ordering online apart from bad reviews and experience my experience was great. They shipped my items couple days late. Only one refund for the item they had out of stock. But happy with the rest of the items no damage. They fit perfectly for me for size 10. But the support email they need to respond. There could be more improvement with their online shopping and customer experience. Show details

Disappointed as usual but not surprised – I am DONE with ordering from this website, I am so disappointed everytime I order from Dangerfiled spending over $200+ each time I am lucky to receive one of the items I ordered. infuriating, DON’T ADVERTISE SOMETHING if it’s not in stock?? It’s false advertising.

Quality and prices are not worth it either I bought a full price dress because I loved the pattern it’s already tearing at the seam, I used to love Dangerfiled but their customer service and clothing is pathetic not to mention the lengthy shipping times just to be messaged saying you will never receive your order.

No refund if item is 20% odd. Excuse, but what?! – What?! I have never in 32 yrs on this planet been denied a refund on any item I purchased in store. I purchased a top and a dress a week ago at Carindale store. I don’t like to try on clothes in store as I was tired and had a long day. These were not cheap despite being so called 20% of which makes no sense at all. I realised that the top, basic… Read more

with stripes was $79!!! How in the heck is that 20% of when i was charged the amount on the tag? The dress didn’t fit as I have bigger boobs and petite so it didn’t cover my boobs.

Today I tried to return the items. No bing deal right? I wanted the money that I used to purchase the items to go back into my savings account as I’m moving to a new country in a few months. Well I was told that I couldn’t get my money back only a store credit! What the heck?! $179 I can’t get back! This is criminal! I have lived in many countries as an American and. I am tell you this isn’t normal or safe shopping principles! You should be able to buy items in a store and if returned in a reasonable time you should get your money back.

In my experience any store that has to go this route doesn’t have good product. This is a scam. I will use the gift card and not spend a cent more ever again

Never Again – Placed a very large order online. Several items never arrived but shows as "fulfilled". 2 items were damaged on arrival. Another item was clearly used/worn. Another item was poorly made. The total I spent on the missing, damaged, used, faulty items was $264.10. They refunded $20 The sizing is also all over the place. In some cases a 10 is huge, in other cases a 10 is tiny. Show details
