If you are facing insolvency or the wind up or restructure of your business, you will be in very safe and experienced hands with DJR. Their fee may initially seem a lot at a time when you will have a lot of uncertainty about cashflow and spending 'more', but my experience has been that it has been very well worth it. The amount agreed at the start never changed throughout the process, and I was never asked for any additional amount. DJR conducted themselves and my matter ethically and legally throughout and have continued to provide support and follow up advice even after my case has 'closed'. Their advice and experience on what to claim, what to pay and how to manage my creditors allowed me to manage the process far more effectively than I would have had confidence to do on my own and this resulted in being able to come out of the situation in a far better financial position that than I would ever have expected, paying back their fee many times.
