Why are my fingers tingling?! – Within a minute of applying this my fingers started stinging like I'd put hand sanitiser in a cut. Then a red rash started to appear. After 2 mins my hands were numb & fingers were tingling like I had pins & needles. This was the most bizarre reaction. I have never reacted like this to anything before. Terrible - made my hands worse – Very rough hand cream made my hands even worse. Due to winter and frequent hand washing having a baby and dogs my hands were so dry and flaking, i got this from Chemist Warehouse and after a week of constant use my hands were even worse to the point they were catching on my clothes, painful and felt so rough/cracked. Stings – My hands are dry from lots of hand washing and using alot of detergents during cleaning. I work in the cleaning industry so my hands are often irritated and rough. Bought this because looked liked good reviews, however when I applied it to my hands it stung and felt like a burning sensation. I had to wash it off immediately but felt it was still tingling...... This is hands down, the best hand cream on the market. I highly recommend “Very Rough hands” to anyone who suffers with dry hands or dermatitis. I have been able to avoid steroid cream since using this cream. I feel fortunate to have discovered this cream, as I am no longer suffering with the soreness associated with cracked skin on my hands. It Works! – Beautiful hand balm. I care for my 97yr old Mum so my hands get a bit of a hard time e.g. cleaning, washing, gardening etc. Often forget to put gloves on. Love this for winter – This hand balm absorbs very quickly without feeling greasy on your hands at all and you can feel the softness & moisture replenishment almost immediately on your hands. The size of the tube is great and perfect for taking with you in your handbag, I always have hand cream with me everywhere I go and this is one of my staples! Best Hand Cream I've Tried So Far – This hand cream is extremely nourishing, soaks in easily, and smells lovely too! My hands, and cuticles especially, get very dry. I thought I would try Dermal Therapy hand cream because I loved their lip balm. It is the best hand cream I have ever come across. It is better then I thought it would be – My are so dry in winter and working in a super market, putting gloves on all day and getting hands wet. I find I can use it without irritating my skin (as long as my skin isn't cut from how dry it is), the consistency is thick and it absorbs very quickly. I buy tubs now and leave it in the bathroom. I also carry a tube in my hand-bag and in my work bag.

If you are struggling to find something to soothe your skin, please give this a go. It continues to help me an awful lot

I swear by this stuff – I get eczema this time of the year reasonably bad, mainly on my hands and particularly on the web of skin between my thumb and index finger. touched, the others not. It must have been maybe 8 millimetres long each crack and raised skin on the outside. I put this stuff on and it was literally all but gone in two days. I also have other areas that dont or at least havent cracked so i use this stuff to keep it moist enough to avoid that happening. Having said that, I have OCD and cant stand topical creams, however, this one is not oily or greasy and seems to absorb into your skin and you dont even know its on there within half an hour. In fairness, I have tried a couple of different one and there was another one that did a similar job, but nowhere near as good and efficient as this one (time wise). Would highly recommend it to anyone having similar problems, without haste, it definitely works. On a side note, its a shame they dont let you actually type where you got it. I got it from UPharmacy, AKA Scoresby village pharmacy. They cost a little more than some chemists but I've been going there for years and the owner highly recommended this product to me, Jay his name is, recommend him any day as well, very thorough and explains everything.
