After sales support minimal – Water leak occured 14 months after purchase. Devanti offered zero support when contacted.

Great – 12 months old and done unreal must run flush and cleaner throw other wise pumps with fail no matter the dishwasher.has done really well only time will tell. Goings like a train, they do have a problem with the circulation pumps in them leaking just a heads up see photos below the pump shaft does not run true and over time chews the front house seal out on the circulation, pump. Creating an issue with the anti flood and my glass light to continuously flash and for the vac pump to kick in continuously. In turn the leaking circulation pump leaks from the front housing causing the anti flood to kick in brings on the red glass light and flashes very fast and beeps a far few times. Then the dishwasher activates the evacuation pump and thinks the dishwasher is flooding and stops the cycle.

This "little" dishwasher is the best – This devanti benchtop is the best dishwasher I have ever had. Way better than any large one I have ever used. It takes my biggest pots and containers. I don't need to scrape or rinse plates and it is really easy to use the touch button programming. In fact I'm considering buying one to keep on side in case this one dies. It is two years old and doesn't miss a step. I have used it as a benchtop and now have it under bench. It's great! Helen.

Good dishwasher but don't expect warranty or support – Bought it through Kogan. The dishwasher came with the top tray damaged (wheels dislodged, small bits of anti-rust paint fell off) + some small bent in the top panel. We asked Kogan/Seller for replacement of the top tray, almost two weeks into conversation and we're just going in circles (Kogan will ask users what is the issue, passed on the seller, and asked the same thing. The seller also will ask it more than once).
The product perse is good given the price. However, assume that if you're unlucky to received a failed or defective unit, that's it. Assume you're buying the product with no warranty at all (or warranty that makes you jump hoops that the time wasted is well worth more than the product =D)

Thank you for responding. Yep, I totally understand there is a process involved and that is the center of my complaint. We did send the photos, not just once but twice (when we talked to Kogan and the market/supplier behind). We were asked the same thing twice, and at the time of writing which draw the last straw, they asked us something we already answered the third time. That pretty much confirms that the seller (or someone) is making us go around in circles.
I could send another email to the one you listed, but that makes it the fourth time around :D. At this point, I hope you can help with me just providing the transaction #/receipt.
