Hi I have a counter top dishwasher and the 90 min and glass wash icon lights are flashing towards the end of the cycle then stops and both lights are blinking. I've tried it on 2 different settings. How can I fix it please
Please can you send me an instruction manual? I have a BDW3-01-WH that just won’t work. I’ve tried it on all different modes. I’ve filled the water chamber with 5litres, set mode to eco - there’s a humming of the motor but no water comes in to where the dishes are at all. Not a drop. Shortly thereafter, all three modes light up simultaneously. Same situation when I start over and with each different wash mode. I checked filter. I even opened panel, tracked hoses - no blockages.

Hi there, I have a Devanti portable dishwasher BDW-8-02G-BK and it has been working really well for almost a year. However, the 90 mins light and glass light keep flashing halfway through a wash and it stops. I checked the manual and cleaned the filter (even though it was clean upon review), checked the input and output hoses were clear of obstruction, tipped the dishwasher at 45degrees to check for blockage, I also cleaned the water heads for build up of chemicals given we live in a hard water area. Nothing has worked! Is there something else I can do? Thanks!

I have just bought a Devanti 8 Place Settings Benchtop Dishwasher in Black, we have used it multiple times in the past 2 weeks, but this morning there was still liquid in the bottom of the dishwasher and the dishwasher now will not latch closed, it just pops back open. I have tried: Turning off and back on at the mains and re-trying. Hand scooping the excess water from the bottom Emptying it all to close it (still wont close) Cleaning the seal of any dirt/dust Cleaning the filter.
And NOTHING has worked, the brand new dishwasher just wont close. I even held it closed to start a load and it worked, but the second I let go, it popped open again. Please help.

Just throw the thing out. Had one that failed for no reason other than poor quality product. You'll get the same cut and paste response from the organisation. Good luck finding an actual person to respond with any contact other than email response with the same questions date or purchase, location etc and then go silent.

Is there a dedicated flashing lights error code troubleshooting guide at all?
These part time dishwasher just aren't worth the money or the effort to fix. If it's out of warranty then you may just as well throw it away.

My father's 5 year old BDW3 in his granny flat has the "Intensive" LED flashing and the machine cant be turned off? I've powered it off at the wall, given it a flush with vinegar but the problem persists. Any ideas or will it be consigned to the IT waste pile?

Many thanks to the support team who dealt with my enquiry. It was a quick fix of the overflow float that had deformed over the years.
Bob can you let me know what they told you to do? Mines having the same issue.
If you are handy its a simple fix, but be safe. *Unplug* the device before working on it. Take the DW outside and tip it on its side. There will be residual water in the sump that will spill out. Remove the black (in my case) base plate by unscrewing and sliding forwards. It is connected to the DW by a couple of wires for the overflow float housing and switch. Remove the float housing with the polystyrene float. In my case the float had deformed/bowed by~1-2mm causing the switch to constantly activate. Use some coarse sand paper to flatten out the bottom of the float. Put everything back together and away you go.

Hi I haven't had my dishwasher long. I don't know how but somehow when I turn it on it comes up with H then numbers. I assumed it means a delay but I can't turn it off? I've unplugged it and left it and it still does the same thing. Even if I leave the delay on it still doesn't start a wash.. why has it done this? The manual doesn't even tell you how to turn it on or off etc for the delay. Idk how it was even turned on delay as I've never used that part.

Just installed the dishwasher and turned the power on. It will not allow me to program it or press start

What does E4 mean on a disnwasher and how do you reset it.
You need to clean out detergent build up in the machine. Put a cup of vinegar and a cup of isopropyl alcohol in the machine and run on a hot cycle with nothing else in it. You may need to repeat this a number of times.
Thankyou, but cannot run machine as it is continually in E4 mode and continuing to pump out water although there isn’t any. Tried turning off at the wall and waited a while but still stuck in E4 made?

My dishwasher is stuck on the intensive setting and won't turn off. If I unplug it and plug it in again it still goes back on at that setting.
