Dialpad

DO NOT USE STAY CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Absolutely horrible experience with Dialpad, Initially it was fine, however as soon as I had any technical issue it gets passed from team member to team member all telling me to do the same thing that did not fix the issue. They then proceeded to tell me the issue was because I didn't correctly check a box on their online portal. But guess what it was checked and I had already tried that. To then get passed onto another and another. All whilst nobody actually listened to the actual issue.

They are one of those Power Mad we cancel your account because we can type of business – I heard a lot of about dialpad. Heard they were a good service. Don't know if they were paid reviews. Because I just signed up for a trial for my staff overseas to make calls locally. I even spoke to their sales rep about this they said it was ok. Anyways the moment he tries to log in they cancel my account. They don't call me, they don't talk to me, just cancel. Why did they cancel, doesn't say on the email. That's it, follow up or go away. I have to then speak to someone on their chat system to ask what happened and they explained because there was an IP difference. So why cancel my account though? Why not just block access outside of Australia. Then I wanted to lodge a complaint but could not. I can't even have their management know that their customer treatment is appalling.
