Cannot recommend Diamond Photo more. It was easy to use, extremely quick (I ordered 5 books of 100 pages and got them in just over a week) and so cheap considering the quality of product!
I received my photo book today and it looks beautiful. However, it has a STRONG and UNPLEASANT smell, possibly from the ink or glue, which multiple people noticed. only response (from Ken) was that it would be passed onto the team. This was a missed opportunity to address the issue properly, and as a result, I won’t be ordering from them again.
I orded a photo book but the pictures started sticking together. They quickly sorted out the problem and resent them. Some of the cuts and binding were a bit out but for the price they were excellent.
Follow-up · The original book was gloss, so when Diamond Photo reprinted them I asked for matte instead. They turned out really nice now and not sticking at all.
Low prices, and quick turn around. I received my photos within 2wks of ordering to rural SA. However, the quality of the prints isn't great. The colour of the photos is not nowhere near how they look on my phone and a lot of the detail in the photos is heavily reduced. They're okay for the price and purpose (just for a personal photo album).
Have bought loads of canvas and metal prints with no issues. Order a large canvas 100 x 50 BIG MISTAKE it arrived with a bow in the top of the frame. Customer service was useless

Christmas ornaments – I ordered my Christmas ornaments on the 22nd November and only received part of my order, 18 of the ornaments didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. They then blocked me on Facebook and wouldn’t solve the issue. This company are scammers, do not order.
2024 personalized calender – The calender was quite good and as I expected. My one gripe was that the hole for hanging [which should have been in the middle,] was way over to one side.
Arrived quickly and good quality – I got custom calendars printed for a conference. The print was verified as done within a couple of days and arrived quickly. The print quality was good, with no blurriness. I have no issues in recommending Diamond Photo for calendars and will definitely consider them for next year’s conference.
Diamond Photo Calendar Review – I recently had an A4 size calendar made by Diamond Photo Australia using some of my favourite drone photos that I have taken this year. I could not be happier with the result. Great quality paper, the photos look fantastic and the delivery time of less than a week excellent. I had 10 calendars printed for just over $103 including delivery.
Great products and superb service – I have used this company twice. They deliver great products and are extremely efficient. Ordering is easy and delivery is speedy. Their range of personalised items is better than many similar companies. I recommend them highly.

Great calendars – I ordered calendars for Xmas presents and they look amazing. Picture quality is great and good paper quality. Very Happy I will say though they need to work on the cost of postage, it is ridiculously high for posting within Australia. Also I now know it's a NZ company but would be good if they advise of o'seas tax fees when ordering. Otherwise though great quality products

submitted was high resolution and taken by a professional photographer, so I did not need to do any editing.
I completed my order via a computer and I found the program very easy to use. There is a drop down menu for each option as you work through the program, so you can choose from a variety of sizes and finishes, from metal to canvas, you can change the orientation of the photo and there are editing options as well.
The service was quick, I received my metal print very quickly. The metal itself is light weight but not bendable so it seems strong enough to me and it has a metal part on the back so you can hang it up.
The quality of the print-that is what really thrilled me as the metal finish is glossy and the colours were deep and rich. I could not be happier and in fact, after I received it, I ordered another one straight away of my other granddaughter. One great thing is that what you see on the screen in the preview will be exactly what you get in the finished product. The colours were very true and the image was crisp and clear. Any blurring you see on the edges was deliberate, done by the photographer.
I have tried to take a photo of one of the HD metal prints on my phone but it doesn't show the depth of colour it has in real life.
I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.
Was really disappointed in my order. What a waste of money. Embarrassed to give as a Christmas present – The picture was so blurry and it cut off most of the words even though it was in the template was designing. Definitely wouldn't recommended. I got it for a Christmas present for a friend but now am embarrassed to give it because it looks cheap and tacky. Even though it was expensive.

Poor service !!!!! – I never receive my package, and i wait 2 months and the company just laugh of me! They lie by saying UPS talk to me and they say they talk to me and i confirm that i receive my package!!!!! I never receive it and i never talk with UPS! Now i lost my money!!!! Decent quality product for the price – I had used a $3 special plus shipping costs to order my metallic print. purchased from Harvey Norman, you can tell right away the metal used was better, thicker and more uniform. Also Diamond Photo has some scratches and very small dents on the metal and you can see the workmanship isn't quite there. But for the price you paid, I would for sure do this again. The shipping was very quick and impressive and the package was packed very nicely.
Metal prints poor quality – I ordered metal prints using high res files which I have had printed by several other companies with no problems. The prints from Diamond Photo were very poor quality. The colours were washed out and the prints were not high definition at all. I sent an email to complain and was told that the prints were acceptable and I was not entitled to a refund. Also, the postage was exorbitant ...$86 for a 3 kg parcel.
Not as described Low quality printing and high price shipping – Ordered 8 HD Metal prints at $3ea total shipping $40 when i recieved photos and checked quality i was shocked colour reproduction is bad, the alignment on some photos are off making them appear out of focus so many blobs and lines through out the photo, also the bubble wrapping created imprint impression they should have used paper lining… Read more
prevent it from sticking... do not buy from them there are lot better printing places. i should have steered clear when seen the shipping cost. There is no Quality assurance done after printing.

No customer service – I ordered 9 canvas & 15 calendars, all came in good time & all were mostly perfect but 1. One of the canvas has a white line down one side where it's not been aligned right. could at least acknowledge my contact. This is my first time using Diamond, I have done calendars every year for 7 years, I'll be going back to the old supplier next year, I work in customer service, I give good customer service & I expect it in return..... in this case a reprint or refund is warranted. This is not the top quality product they promise.
Good quality, quick delivery – I have ordered multiple photo products (including canvases and metal prints) and they have always delivered a high quality product. Generally, the products arrived quickly but the one time it didn't the customer services team was friendly and helpful.
Not a happy customer – I still haven't received my order I have tried to email them and get a message back blocked. And my emails were not rude in any way. I also can not fine any phone number.. . Its well over a month since I have order them.Not a happy customer at all
Very reasonably priced and great regular specials – I've ordered from these guys a few times now and always been impressed with the results. The website is easy to navigate and the software for making photobooks is fully functional and easy to use. Top marks!
Pro seamless photobooks are so beautiful and unique – Have order a few photobooks from them. Their pro-seamless books are professional level books with very sharp price, natural skin tone and high definition. There is no equivalent product I can find here at similar price level, very satisfied!

Canvas - white line on the frame – Received canvas with a white line on the left side of the frame. The software allows movement of the photo when we uploaded it but the canvas (finished product)was out of alignment. Asked for replacement but rejected, and the offer was to buy another canvas for the same amount of price. Ridiculous!
Mugs had colour bleed, and dithering issues – Our mugs arrived out of focus (not sharp), had poor colour dithering, and colour bleed. One of the mugs had was signs of colour bleeding within the photo and on the edges/borders of the photograph. This exaggerated the dithering and made the overall quality look worse than it should. Customer service advise: We do not recommend reprinting as would have the same outcome.
My advise: at least it was cheap... maybe order spares...

Great Quality – I have been very impressed - ordered a few times from the site and the quality is great especially considering the prices which are very reasonable. Would recommend Diamond Photo for any photobook or prints
Great product, Brilliant Customer Service – Printed photo mugs were perfect, designer was easy to use. Customer Service is brilliant. We ordered 24 mugs in 2 designs for our teams. This is not an express photo service – The website was professional and easy to use. Unfortunately it took 12 days to receive my photos, and due to time constraints I had to get my photos printed using another company at the final hour. I tried to message online through their website to check on the delivery status- nobody responded. I tried to call and was put on hold for 50mins- I gave up on this approach for obvious reasons also. Disappointing service.
