Personally I would buy live plants from Digger's Club regardless. First order of three White Sage plants, one was sickly & is now dead. I ordered another one to replace it & it too arrived sickly. Considering how much you pay for them ($12.95 each plus delivery) it's disgraceful. Sorry Digger's Club I won't be purchasing from you again & I won't be recommending you to family & friends either.

I can’t tell you how ridiculous it was that I spent $400 on plants and when they just arrived it wasn’t even enough to fill one very small box. I got them delivered because they had some plants that bunnings doesn’t have…I don’t know whether to laugh or cry and how much of a waste of money that was.
Bought a packet of bluebells while in Adelaide plus numerous other seeds. Packet qty was 40, real count was 29 and 2 were basically rotten and a couple more going that way. I updated the review but it doesn't seem to have happened. They contacted me and offered a full refund and explained how it happened. They are a small organisation, so I didn't ask for the refund. I was more upset that my first contact went unanswered.
Save your money and go to Bunnings instead. Today (April 28), the orders finally arrived — and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Many of the plants are either dying, suffering from rot or fungal issues. For the prices The Diggers Club charges, this standard is absolutely unacceptable.
Given the lack of response to my original email, I haven’t bothered trying again. If customer service would like to reach out, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a refund for the poor-quality plants I received.

Christmas can be a busy period but the post is still operating and I ordered mid December. This should have been a Christmas present.

Very disappointing to be honest
2nd January- had an email response two days ago that there was a “glitch” in the system and I was asked if my order had been received. They didn’t even know that nothing had been sent . “[Name Removed]” told me she would check with her team and send me the tracking details as soon as she could. Today I received an invoice for a refund. No explanations. No apologies.
This was a Christmas present for my actively dying father in law as he wished to leave something living in his memory for his family.
Obviously that’s not arriving now.
They have wasted precious time and don’t even have the decency to apologise-regardless of my circumstances.
The internet doesn’t have many reviews about the diggers club,it seems they have been clearing up bad reviews for a very long time. Never again. What an absolute disgrace.
Edited to add- no refund has been returned to my bank account yet. I will update if it is actually returned. Edited-6th January. Despite having an invoice sent to me stating my money was being refunded and should be there shortly according to the email follow up I have now been informed I have to wait another 10 days as the platform uses shop pay. I have zero confidence in having my money refunded at this point. Absolutely zero.
Got my money refunded. Will never bother with them again. My father-in-law is now in hospice.

Diggers let's themselves down – I really want to like diggers , I like their seeds and the selection. But they take so long to send my seed orders! They take payment quick enough but take weeks and weeks to even send the seeds. By the time they eventually do arrive the season is almost over - need to order seeds at least a season in advance. Other seed companies are fast and efficient , no so at diggers. I don't think I will renew my 2 year membership...it's just not worth it

Overpriced postage for seeds – I ordered 4 packs of seeds. Had to pay $5.91 postage for a standard letter envelope to be sent. Standard letter is $1.50, even less if they use bulk letter services. No issues with the product but the postage was a let down.

It took until late April to get January order – Apparently they are despatching within 5-7 days, but I ordered on 8/1 and it’s 28/1 and haven’t received anything. Looking forward to my 5 year membership running out to be honest. Quality and level of service has declined significantly in recent years. Brussel sprout seeds – Doing what the books say, got Diggers seeds before christmas, their now well away ,looking forward to roast chicken and Brussels in July.
Salvia white velour – Ordered online, arrived earlier than tracking suggested. Plants arrived in excellent condition all the way to the far south coast of NSW. Packaging was done to perfection!
hydrangea, rabbit ears, lawn camomile, etc – couldn't be happier with these plants and the way they arrived, packaged very safely ... they are exactly as they are described on the website
GREAT FOR KEEPING OUT INSECT PESTS – Purchased the small bags which fit nicely to protect individual bunches of grapes, however the next morning one of the bags had holes in it. Obviously they don't keep out rats. :(
Diggers Club plant order – Ordered 5 plants, they, arrived v. swiftly. I was a bit surprised by the tiny size of one but a week later after planting immediately, they're all going gangbusters.
