stay away from DGeeks not to be trusted you will be sorry if you do – Google will not respond on my PC. Rang DGeeks. digital services, to fix it online they quoted $150 an hour. After 4 hours and 30 minutes, they finished. Sending the bill and it was $455.62 it worked for about half an hour. The next day I rang to tell them that Google was not responding again. Emails with no response. One week later no response. I had to take my computer to get fixed more expensive. Do not do business with DGeeks you will be sorry. The man was very polite and prompt he promised me after support. But nowhere to be seen after.

Excellent work by Digital Geeks – I had outlook application issue and was not able to use my emails, fortunatly I got Sumit who helped me with lot of paitence and fixed all my problems, I am very happy with the service, they are most recommeded. :-)

Great service I was very impressed – I rang Digital Geeks at 4.30pm yesterday and by 6.30pm my computer was fixed ready to use again. STAY AWAY – I called these guys as one particular website would not load that I needed for uni work. I thought it may be something to do with the internet, but my internet provider could not help. $150 per hour after that. I made it clear they were to call me after the first hour as I would not be able to afford more than that. They did NOT contact me as requested, and charged me for 2 hours plus call out fee. I managed to get the callout fee waived since they didn't even come out to me just logged in remotely.

They basically installed a software update. They called me once the software finished loading and said to wait for my computer reboot and they would call when the reboot was done to ensure it fixed the issue and I could access the required website. In the meantime they sent through a $337 bill before even checking if the issue was fixed. They never called.

My computer is bricked. Runs slower than ever, still can't load the website I desperately needed for uni work, and it is slower than ever. Further, when I rang to book I pointed out the required website was not loading on either my personal laptop OR my new work laptop. So it clearly wasn't a case of update the operating system and it will start working again. I made all of this clear when I booked.

I'm now having to find a technician who can come out on a Saturday who is willing to actually com and look at the issue and fix it. Absolute rip-off. How can these guys live with themselves charging this much without even checking the issue is fixed?! And it's not fixed, it's worse.

Stay Away – I rang these guys to come around and help me get my TV running, the technician was rude, arrogant and no help at all, after being there for 5 minutes he said there was nothing he could do but had no trouble charging $225, I cannot recommend enough to stay away from these guys

Stay away from this business – If I can, I will give zero star. My Facebook account and email account were compromised, and needed a so-called IT Specialist to clean my laptop before my bank will reactivate internet banking. two options. One is to reformat the hard drive. Second is to go and buy a new lap top! Do I need to pay an IT Specialist $170 (charge by the first hour) to tell me these two options for a 20 mins attendance? Guess the dumbest person would have known these two options. I broke down on the spot. Nothing he would do to clean up the virus or malware. Instead, he went on and on and on saying my laptop was hacked and my laptop cannot be used. No professionalism. Worst of all, the company chose not to respond to my complaint or feedback. Should at least have the courtesy to check in with me after the second email. Sadly, nothing was done. There goes my $170 for an advice that I have already knew. Unethical business.
