I've had a dine a chook feeder and waterer for over a year. Excellent product. feed from inside. No spill at all and no other birds eating feed. I use laying palets. I suspect mash might clog up in high humidity and that may be a cause of some problems.

are coming from - some photos show the drinkers and feeder set up too high, and not in a position the chooks can use them. The customer service is great, and my inquiries were even answered promptly on a Sunday! Do not hesitate to use this company, and try their products. You will not be disappointed.
Follow-up · Still using the Dine A Chook drinkers, and they're proving a hit with my chooks. I have a drinker that is now 5 years old and still going strong. I replaced one of the drinker nozzles because I dropped the drinker while full of water and broke it. Dine A Chook sent the replacement quickly and without any hassle in the ordering. I highly recommend these products and the company.

This is the second time I’ve purchased these feeders and drinkers. I had these at our last house and when I decided to get chickens again, I didn’t hesitate to purchase these. They are so easy to install and keep food waste at an absolute minimum. Highly recommend them and so do my new chickens.
I also find the chook feeder impossible to use. My chickens cannot feed from either units. Complete waste of money. The worst part about my experience though with Dineachook is their silence post my phone message and email for help and feedback voa the polite method first. I have resorted to public complaint now due to being ignored. I will not buy another dineachook product or recomend to anyone.
Both drinking units failed within a fortnight and the feeder design is flawed so my bantam hens cannot reach low enough into the tube to access the bottom where the food barely fills. website and have not received a reply in close to a month. Do not buy. There are better designed items on the market.
i tried their chicken feeder. it does not work. the chickens cant get the food out and essentially have no accees to food. i tried their recommended food and its the same. waste of money
Poor quality products – Poor quality, the waterers are always leaking. Disappointed considering they’re “Australian made”

Insulting unhelpful customer service – My chook food did not refill but clogged at bottom of inlet. Response from seller was to ignore my request for return information and suggest that I was not optimally feeding my chooks with correct food whilst still claiming all food would work with product. Dispute escalated to PayPal which finally brought further, but still unsatisfactory, response. Returned feeders to seller at my expense ($73.25) So total waste of whole pile of money.

Cancelled order, spam emails, bad service – Ordered, paid, later I get an email saying I had been refunded. Turns out they cancelled my order? Very frustrating as it was a time sensitive order as I had chicks hatching the next week. .
Feeder won’t refill – Despite filling feeder with recommended feed (Red Hen17) and trialling over several weeks, the feeder doesn’t seem to refill as food is eaten. Sought advice from seller which was followed with no improvement. Seller response to my request for advice was rude and impatient. Auto drinker purchased at the same time works ok, but the feeder is a waste of money.
Fantastic service and excellent products – Absolutely love the Mains Pressure Lubing Cup x 2 and Nipple x 1, waterers I purchased. They were the easiest things to put together and to connect to water via a standard hose. They’re very solid and well built, so should last for many years to come. Know better, choose better.
Better than traditional feeders – Found it very good quality, overall as Ive had it for more than 5yrs already. However it does not stop wildlife from eating from it. Rats can still access as they jump inside the feed hole. Do purchase it with a cover but that means having to remove it and put it back on everyday. Ideally, best in a netted area where wild birds can't reach it. Have attached pics of wild pigeons that hop into the feedhole to get the feed.
No after service – I bought auto feeder and auto waterer. Quick delivery but no after service. Still waiting for a response from customer service in March 2022, its now august 2022, ref the auto waterer not filling up properly.
Poor customer support – Terrible customer service, they never reply to emails or ebay questions..looking at other people's reviews ..this seems to be repeating pattern
No customer support – I payed for home delivery. I payed for the product. They use au post. They demanded a signature. They haven’t replied to emails. I called was asked to email. Avoid I say.
Terrible customer service – It's been over 4 weeks now since I called and left voice msg and I have emailed 3 times and still no reply from dineachook I was a loyal customer BUT WILL Not buy from them again.... Terrible customer service do not recommend them at all.....
