Terrible Service, Charges fees for anything extra you need e.g. Accessing records $100 – Excessive fees for trying to access records, no statement on their website for much much it would cost. Scummy practice at best.

5 star service – Such an amazing service. I have covid so was bulk billed and was able to get a completly diffrent condition tested for and treated with antibiotics. The Dr I was speaking with didnt rush me and was very imformative. Really impressed by this service

Good experience, 15min wait - no charge due to having covid – I installed the app and waited. I was worried at first that nobody would call me, but after about 10-15 mins of waiting I got a call back. As I had COVID there was no charge and the doctor was able to write me a sick note and give me a prescription. Good experience overall for when you cant leave the house!

Terrible Service - very unhelpful – I asked for a referral to see a counsellor and was told that I need to do the research first and then they will do the referral. Despite the website saying. DoctorAI can provide you with a Mental Health Care Plan to see a psychologist through Medicare if you are eligible. Completely wasted my time.
