knew the warranty was going to expire before i got the product back so I asked them to honor a warranty extension or renewal - they refused. I will be interesting to see where this all lands but it wont be in the buyers best interest this i guarantee.

A little annoyef – Brought this 3 years ago. Worked fine for the first 8 months then the normal cigarette lighter terminal fell into the middle of the battery pack. the pbl 40s. I also now can't charge with the use ports as the battery beeps nor can I charge on the normal cigarette lighter as it beeps for that as well. Back off to Dometic tomorrow

Good product be interesting to see how dometic handle my warranty claim! – Bought lithium PLO 40 battery pack 18 months ago unit works well. Have used this battery pack 5 or 6 times with 50 litre dometic fridge. Screen is failing sometimes parts of the screen disappears sometimes screen works ok. John H  Show details

Battery works faulty lcd display – Bought this for a camping trip to power a 60L ARB fridge works great on running the fridge but only after 2 uses the LCD screen fades and you can only read parts of the screen.
