Fantastic service from start to finish! Tomas was professional, friendly and efficient, and the garage door issue was sorted out promptly. I had someone visit to fix the garage door as the cables came off, they fixed it and I could see the tension on the cable after fixing was not strong enough. They said it was everyday job and it was fixed and if something goes wrong they will come back and fix it. The cables came off in 2 days and now without even coming back they responded cables need to be replaced and quoted $500 for the same

$700 due upon completion. I felt very uncomfortable when he asked for this large deposit upfront and it didn't feel right at all. Because I hadn't researched the industry and didn't know any better at the time, I agreed to it anyway. In retrospect, I should have trusted my instincts.
Getting clarity on the costs was incredibly difficult. The company ignored my first three requests for an itemised invoice, only complying after I cited Section 101 of the Australian Consumer Law.
Upon finally receiving the invoice, the breakdown revealed highly inflated and unauthorised charges. Labour was listed at $500 (approximately 2 hours of work was undertaken which equates to $250/hour). Furthermore, the invoice included a $373 charge just to dispose of the old motor—a fee that was never discussed, disclosed, or agreed upon prior to the work being done. I feel like customers should beware of this company, my experience shows they charge unnecessary large upfront deposits, include hidden costs in the price and have extreme markups.

Very disappointing service. The technician didn’t install my roller door motor properly, and now the door keeps hitting the motor. I contacted the company many times, but despite promising to send someone, no one ever came or took responsibility. I regret using their service and would not recommend this company to anyone.
Please avoid this company if you can. I booked to replace my garage door cables as they just look worn out. damages to the garage centre support. Called office and the technician multiple times in the past few days. The receptionist Pryia kept promising the technician will call to arrange time to fix it. However, until now no one reply or fixing the cable for me and I could not use my garage. Very poorly trained technician and after sales service. I have escalated the matter to the authority. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Tomas from Door&Roll came and fixed my remote tilt garage door. His communication before and during was excellent including a confirmation phone call and then notice before he arrived. He reset the unit, lubricated the springs and mechanics and suggested a fix for a structural issue seperate to the unit. Polite, courteous and professional. The problems are fixed and at a very reasonable price. Show reply

I was charged AU$300 to service the doors, which appeared to involve little more than applying lubricant, while the main issue I called about was not resolved.
Afterwards, I visited the Titan website, the manufacturer of the garage doors, and found the correct rubber seal myself within two minutes.
I paid AU$300, but the actual problem was not solved. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again.
I am sharing this as honest feedback and hope the company improves its communication and how it handles similar requests in the future.
This company took about 5 calls for them to answer. But the number that called me back was from Sydney. We organised for a “technician” to come out the next day. All good so far. and complained that I was not told about the call out fee. He told me it was $69. So the “technician” is making some money on the side. So all in all. They don’t answer the phone promptly. They try and charge you extra hidden fees. DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their are dishonest.
