Incorrect advertising – Less than zero star. Incorrect advertising 'one size fits all'. They don't. I was told to return the goods to the USA address at my cost $27.25. The goods came to me from Victoria Australia. Also told me they would refund less shipping and handling. (Order Number C90B7A6CC5) Show details
They ship merchandise you didn't order and then charge your credit card – My experience is the same as Candy S. You order one item and they continue to ship more items and bill your credit card. I returned the merchandise to the address on the outside of the package, but have received no acknowledgement or refund of this merchandise. Show details
Unethical/Dishonest – Ordered 1 pair of socks, received 5. Emailed customer service to correct order, to no avail. Loaded up the order with Expedited Processing, Promo Deal, and Extended Protection, none of which I requested. Returned package, verified delivery on 4/24. As of earlier today, no reimbursement and the extra charges loaded on my order are, according to them, are not refundable. Finally got my partial reimbursement, after I called. Show details
Rubbish – I’d give a lower rating if there was zero. Getting them on is a challenge and they fell apart before getting them on. Cheap! Save your money …you worked hard for that Show details
Scam advertising – Socks are not designed to fit any adult size foot. Not likely it was made for children who would not have the need for a compression sock Show details
they are cheap – I mean cheap rubbish at a high cost . They started to unravel on the first use. There are plenty of other options Show details
OMG not a good fit – I got 4 pairs of these sad, sad socks. I could not even get one on my foot. It says one size fits all, WHAT A JOKE. I did not even get a receipt with my order to send them back. HAY, I guess another lesson learned while shopping on line. You need to shut down. Show details
They do not fit! – I am a size 13 shoe, and certainly wanted this to be something that helps my peripheral neuropathy. And perhaps they would if I could get them one; they wouldn't budge past my big toe. I called and asked about commercial and all; you can gladly get your money back minus shipping and handling. I said how is that fair; she then came back with… Read more
we'll give you 60% back and you keep the socks. I said that I needed to speak with someone higher up than her; she said that there is no one! Jessica said that I was talking to whomever else you think may can help you! I said oh wow, why are you getting agitated?
Rubbish – 'One size fits all' is nonsense. Couldn't get them on. Show details

One size fits all is not true! – My husband has chronic and constant foot and leg pain from a lifetime of building work and being on his feet. I wanted him to try these socks cause the reviews seemed so good. Well, the one size fits all was misleading. He has a size 10.5 foot and widish and there is absolutely no way he could get the socks on his feet on his own. They were… Read more
very very very tight. So, I had to wrestle the socks on his feet which took, no kidding, 20 minutes each foot. Once we finally got them on, he wore them all day and they made a terrific difference to his pain levels. Getting them off was a struggle too. With all the wrestling, and only five wears, they are now tearing at the seams and he is passing them on to me. I'll wear them on long car or plane rides. If these socks fit, they would be terrific. If you have a foot of any size, forget it. Bummer.
Waited nearly 3 months before asking for refund – This company (USA BASED) is full of crap. Robotic answers, blames Australian customs. I would never trust the USA based company. And, paid $60 for 3 pair, which I just found on Amazon Australia for $10 a pair. Show details
Seems to be working – So I bought these unused and sealed in original packaging from a thrift shop today for $4.00. When I'm sitting down they are tight and a little uncomfortable. When I stand up, OMG! PAIN FREE!!! This is not normally the case as I'm in a lot of pain, constantly, especially when I stand up. I'm about to take them off (had them on for about 4hrs) I… Read more
will rest and stand up again and see what happens. So far so good. It's the first thing that has worked in a long time and I've wasted money on a lot of crap products.
What a con! – The “One size fits all” is an absolute con! They do not. I bought three pairs, for my wife (size 6) and myself (size 9 1/2). My wife’s comment “I did not like them, they hurt at the base of my toes and they were loose fitting. Did nothing. My comment “Extremely difficult to get on even using a sock slider, when I did get it on it was very tight… Read more
and unpleasant. To get it off I had to use scissors!!! They are a total waste of money. I didn’t even try to get a refund after reading some reviews Be Warned .

I have been scammed again. 2 days after receiving Bowlsparkle I received 3pair Compresson socks – Dr Soothers are listed as a scam. They are advertised on an interrnet site as being helpful in swelling of feet and legs. Claim are invented by a podiatrist which I seriously doubt.Enclosed leaflet is exactly the same as the one I received with Bowlsparkle so obviously from the same company. Where I already found out that their contact email… Read more
